Everything Has A Price

Izuku Yagi's P.O.V

The bar was coming to a close and during my time of work I was watching Dabi — who was watching back along with Giran.

after closing the door I turned to see Dabi behind me, "Hey Dabi..." I said making Dabi glare, he pulled me into a headlock and began rubbing my head violently — as if he were trying to kill me by burrowing a hole in my skull; although, I could see that he was acting out of kindness.

"Kid! I've been looking for so long!"

I had learned to accept Dabi's violent idea of affection over the past few weeks. It was just the way he cared for people-or just me-, and that was all that I needed. Him caring for me, I mean. As long as I had someone — anyone, really — I didn't mind the tough love.

He let me go after a few moments and we laughed a little as I rubbed my head with tenderness and care. I would admit, it was a little painful, but he was my friend — he was my family.

"It's good to see you again, I'm sorry I didn't go see I've been busy." I said sheepishly — I didn't tell him what i've done but I wouldn't ever lie to Dabi, Never...

Dabi was the first person to treat me like a human being in a long time. He treated me as if I was a part of his family. I haven't been a part of a family in a long time. Though he was a sore loser, it was still fun to hang out with him.

"Izu whose this?" I heard toga, Dabi and I looked over to see Toga, Aoi and koumori. "This is my first friend Dabi." They calmed down — I turned to see Giran walking over with a tablet with the words audio only on it.

"It's good to finally see you, Izuku Yagi." from the tablet came a voice that radiated power, everyone but Grian seemed to sweat not knowing who was speaking but me, I knew it was All For One. "I'd like to ask you something."

"What is it?" 

"What  do you want to do with the Quirk?" He said making Dabi confused and the others stiffen. What did I want to do with it? "You don't know do you, if you want I could help." All for one said. He would help, why.

"My Quirk is an evil one. As one of the Ten Commandments of the Christian religion states, "Thou shalt not steal" and yet my Quirk steals the identity, the very thing that makes a person a person: their Quirks." All for One explained.

I posed for awhile "I know that, so how can you help me?"

"I know there is deep hatred in you so I want you to carry out my will." 

"And that is?" I asked

"To destroy this society of heroes. To show that everything will be better under one powerful ruler. To prove them that everyone is equal against a superior being", the man said as he let out a laugh. 

I couldn't believe it. The vary man my da-Toshinori nearly died to was offering something greater than anything imaginable. The power to destroy the world was being offered to him.

"why don't you do it?" I asked

"The injuries your father gave me are too much for me to continue, I can support my body without machines. But I will guide you if you ask for my assistance."

"You are All for One right? I'm Yagi Izuku. I'm sick and tired of this world. Sick and tired of heroes. Sick and tired of people who think a cool power makes you good. I will continue your will", Izuku told the man.

"Lovely."

"So you want to fill me in on what that was about." Dabi said as Grian left. "That was the ruler of the underworld; All for one." Izuku said.

"And why is he interested in you?" Dabi asked.

"I um I-I have his... Quirk..." Izuku said making Dabi looked at him questioningly. "How?" That question made everyone look at Izuku. "I believe it was from my f-fathers quirk." Izuku said sounding uncomfortable saying father. "How'd it come from your father." koumori asked.

"My father's quirk was passed down to him but the first person to have that quirk was all for one's brother I believe that some of the quirk slipped in and went to me..." Izuku gave a short explanation. "And who is your father." Aoi asked.

"Toshinori Yagi or known to the public All Might" Izuku said shocking Dabi, Aoi and Koumori. "Wait if he has a second Quirk the-"

"He only has one, it's called one for all, he was quirkless before he got it..." Izuku cut Aoi off. "And he neglected you for it." Dabi said with a laugh. "So what quirks do you have?" Dabi asked making Izuku take the journal about himself. "I missed reading these." Dabi mutterd.

"I have three more I haven't written down, Aoi's which is mole her partner which is?" Izuku asked. "Pocket cloth, he could shrink whatever ends up in a cloth he holds, he also could control what size the cloth was." Aoi explained. "Right, and another from Todoroki shoto Half..." Izuku stopped when he saw Dabi's shocked expression. "Don't worry he didn't do anything bad, I stole it by accident... I-I plan to give it back soon..." 

"Alright but remember kid, Everything has a price.." Dabi said giving the book back and leaving. "Wait where you going!?" 

"Home."

"Alright Izuku you can do this." Izuku tried to reassure himself as he snuck into the todoroki residence.

Izuku turned back around and listened for anything that sounded like it could be something. I heard some suspicious noises coming from the kitchen. U wanted to be careful with this, if Endeavor was here I'd be forced back to the Yagi's. I won't go back... ah shoto's room! 

With a final breath, Izuku burst into the room. he saw the Shoto sleeping clearly and so he reached out his hand and  reached out to half hot half cold and pushed it from himself into him. The entire process was surprisingly easy to the point where Shoto wouldn't even realize he had his quirk.

Izuku gave shoto one last glance before he walked away. "Everything has a price..." Dabi's words came back and Izuku looked towards the kitchen...

"And the Collector makes sure it's paid..."
