______

the haunted Immortal Citadel.

through the creepy woods, we saw that it was filled with Psychic and Ghost type Nexomon, and me managing to catch quite a few good additions to the future planning team in the form of Skerdi, Dreaver, Brumtler, .....and because I have completed the extinction project quest first. I even got one of the Mega Rare Nexomon in the form of level 20 Divette, who I immediately got on my team just because of her being a very strong Psychic type, being Mega Rare and all that. ( I love her so much, she such a badass, she loves ham and fries )

"Are you just trying to get bragging rights for owning a Divette?" Coco asked with his usual sass.

"Maybe I am or you're just jealous." I smirked at him with a wink as we then got to the Immortal Citadel and I saw that the place was filled with ghosts. Did I ever mention that I'm obsessed with ghosts and spooky stuff?

Coco smiled at his best friend.

"The Immortal Citadel... a long time ago, a witch put a curse on a small nearby village, turning all the residents into ghosts. The curse has remained to this day and the number of those turned into ghosts keeps rising. Some are pretty happy and live life normally in their transformed states while others went crazy," Coco said, me looking at him with a tilted head.

"And where did you learn this?" I asked him.

"I read lots of books." Coco smirked.

"Let's see where we can find that psychic at," I said with a smile, getting the attention of a ghost nearby.

"Pardon, you say you're looking for a psychic?" he asked, me nodding at that. "If that's the case, then you should head north of here. You'll find Eliza there. She used to be the old witch's apprentice. You know, the witch that cursed us? Eliza says that, when she gets stronger, she might be able to find a way to lift the curse... but that hasn't happened for a good 80 years, now," the ghost said, me frowning at that.

"Thanks for the directions and the backstory," I said quietly, the ghost smiling at that as I then went down the path to the north and I came across a very large and impressive gothic mansion, which looked very spooky with the dark skies above us... and before we could move forward, we were suddenly stopped by a strange old man ghost.

"Halt! You dare to trespass on lady Eliza's domain?!" he asked in the most old man  of voices I'd ever heard.

"We just wanted to ask her a couple questions," Coco said, me nodding at that.

"Only those who can guess the secret number can gain entry!" he said, me smiling at that.

"Sounds simple enough," I smiled.

"It's a number between 1 and 1 million. Go!" he said, me gulping at that before a single thought came into my mind... a singular number that I just had a feeling it had to be any random number right?

"Is it... 4811633?" I asked, the old man gawking at that.

"Impossible! That's the exact number!" he said, Coco looking at him with a frown. "You may enter, impressive lass!" he said as he then faded away and Coco and I exchanged glances.

"Are you sure you aren't a psychic, sierra?" he asked, me frowning at that.

"To be brutally honest, I felt like a random number that was the correct number... I don't know, but I think it must've been this Eliza chick," I smiled, both of us then going inside of the mansion, but only after I broke the rocks nearby with the pickaxe that was a part of the reward from Videll's quest. It felt rewarding to get different colored shards that I knew would be of use in the near future and I made sure to grab as many as I could when the rocks appeared. I then went up some stairs in the mansion and Coco and I found ourselves near a certain girl who had green hair on her that was tied into thick dual pigtails, a black dress with a pink tie, and she had a purple hat on her head with a fluffy ball on the top of it. She looked pretty cute to be honest... she then focused on her crystal ball in front of her and she smiled with her eyes closed.
