A Friend To Cling On

3 - Hated Roomie

| POV: Ye Jun

"Alright, class is over. Get your asses out here!" What the hell? At least I won't be in this class with that jerk anymore.. Hmph—I'll make sure we don't see each other again. "See you later, fruitcake~" Shin Sou said with an evil grin. That Homo!

I looked at my schedule to see my next class. Oh, it's acting class! I'm excited to see how this plays out. But of course, thanks to my luck..., my archnemesis is also there. Shin Sou. How lucky.

"All rise, Great Minds!" Oh, the teacher was quite  positive. "Form yourselves into groups of two." I sigh, I have not made any new friends yet, just an annoying pest. I ask my seatmate, "Oh, sorry! I have a partner already." I then ask my other seatmate "Sorry I don't want to." Ugh that rude bitch. I analyze the room and  just I expected, everyone already has a partner! I mean, except for that dude. The bossy from earlier that keeps staring at me right now.

I felt so sudden sensation–an uncomfortable sensation. It felt like I was burning alive. Tears welled up in my eyes, as I realized..

I have GOT to pee.

I approached the urinal and allowed the golden stream to flow. Nice. But a nagging sense of unease began to creep in. What the fudge? I peeked to my left side, and there he was. Shin Sou was next to me all this time. "KYAA!" I murmured. "Hahahaha fancy seeing you here." He teased.

"Ahem. I would appreciate it if you don't peep at me while I do my business." I said. "Me? I ain't looking at your stupid 0.1 centimeter worm." The way he delivered the joke was incredibly immature. "Why are you even here?" I questioned him, and he shot back a reply. "Since all of our classmates had already found their partners, why don't we.. team up and call a truce for now?"

I felt offended that someone like HIM would dare to ask ME for a truce after all the stuff he did in the last class, and knowing how popular he is on campus made me doubt about what he said.

"Aren't you popular here?" I asked. "Yeah but none of them came to me" Shin shrug. "So you're telling me that not even a person, ONE person came to ask you to be their partner?" I questioned him. He replied with a word. "Yeah" Hearing his response made me think about it. I didn't outright refuse—after all, partnering with him was a necessary sacrifice for my grades. "..fine," I mumble "What was that? He replied.

"I SAID FINE!" I surprised even myself with how loud I was. "Haha chill out. Is princess that excited?" My face turns beet red...in anger, of course! "NO!" I emerged from the bathroom, having completed my business.

I went back to the class. I can already feel his gaze even if I don't see him. Then I turned around, and his face was already so close to mine. Our lips were almost touching! Making me step back. He could see my eyes fill with hatred and disgust when I saw his face. His face showed a feeling of sadness. Of course, I didn't fall for his tricks.

"Alright, class time to go to your partner and follow my instructions."
The professor said. I then go to my Homo partner. "You miss me?~" He said in a flirty tone. I responded with, "Not even close." In a humorous tone. We then follow
Professor's Instructions. My partner and I would do a break-up scene. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it in time, so the professor decided to continue it tomorrow.

| Lunch Time

The class is over. "I'm starving." I grumble, then someone sneaked in my conversation with myself. "Yeah, me to" Shin Sou, again? "I can be your lunch." I ignored his flirty remarks. I knew better than to succumb to my temptations.

I went to the cafeteria to pick up my lunch. I chose to eat bibimbap. After choosing what to eat, I made my way to an unoccupied table, seeking a tranquil space to enjoy my meal, but suddenly, just I was about to eat, I spotted Shin Sou approaching at my direction. That Homo decides to sit beside me, he says, "Let me stay by your side for a while."  A blush crept across my face, but eventually, I let him sit beside me.

After finishing my meal, I proceed my way over the dorm to rest. In a period of time, I suspect a person following me. I turned around and it was Shin Sou. "Are you stalking me?" I confront, Shin Sou remarked
"Do you think i wanna follow you? I'm just heading to my dorm as well" In a tired voice.

I entered at my dorm, he went to the exact same dorm, and to my surprise, I found out we're sharing the same room. Making me realize, he's the roomie I've been looking for. "Looks like your stay by your side is about to extend into forever" I said in a sarcastic tone. He then just laughed at my comment as if it were a joke, though it definitely wasn't funny to me.

I tossed my bag aside and rushed to the bed, snuggling the sheets as if they were a person .

|Tuesday Evening

I awoke to find Shin gazing intently at me once more. I can't read his gaze; the way he stares at me is so unreadable that it leaves me wondering. "Is this guy a weirdo or what?" I mumble to myself.

A moment of silence passed by, out of nowhere, shin quickly yanked me out of bed, grasping my upper limb firmly, making it impossible to escape his fist. "What are you doing?" I utter. He didn't even respond to me, more like he didn't even TRY to respond to me, not even a single word.

Out of the blue, Shin pushed me against the door, forcing me to groan loudly in pain. "Oww. Didn't you say you were tired?" I said. He then finally responded to me, "I just wanna see how you would react." With a smirk.

As i heard his response, I pushed him with such force that I didn't even care if it hurt him. "Are you crazy?" I shrill. My body can't help but react after what he did to me. Seeing him as my roommate makes me vomit, hating him even more for every second I see his face. It was really handsome, although the attitude just wasn't my type. 

I suddenly went out of my dorm to get some fresh air, creating peace and quiet. I then found a bench near the dorm building. I sat down and thinking about the impression he gave. "That guy is such a jerk! I hate my roomie but at the same time, I-"
