I sit here waiting for Matty to pull up to my apartment normally there are people outside waiting for me whether that be paparazzi or fans but this evening there was no one ? Matty said to be ready for 7 its now 7.15 where is he i wondered until i saw a Mercedes pull up and out walks Matty in his usual suit with a huge bouquet of flowers
"Awww these for me" i teased him
"No" he said rolling his eyes and smirking
"Come up so i can put them in a vase"i said as he began following me into my apartment once i got up there and unlocked the door we walked inside together
"It's almost as gorgeous as you" Matty said looking around my apartment
"Pardon"i asked confused and turned around to meet his gaze that was now on me
"U look gorgeous " he said smirking at catching me off guard
"thanks" i said smiling and then i turned around and continued to put the flowers in a vase
Matty was sat on a sofa looking around the open plan apartment in live in at least when I'm in la.
"Does this not annoy u tho" he said randomly and turned around to me
"Does what not annoy me?" I asked confused at what he was saying
"How open this all is like there isn't a living room,kitchen,dining room its all one big room like u don't have ur own space"he said
I looked around "no its not like i share it with someone its quite nice actually i can have the tv on and eat and make dinner all in the same room"
"Fair enough" he said and watched as i walked over to him i sat next to him on the sofa and turned so i was facing him
"So where are we going?"
He turned to look at me and stared for what felt like minutes but was probably only a few seconds
"U will see" he said and grabbed my hand leading us back outside to his car

Once in his car we go past familiar places but he ends up parking down a random street in the middle of nowhere. He opened the door for me and helps me out of the car to which i mumble a quick thank u. He begins to walk with our arms interlinked with one another.
"I parked down here cause of paps and that so we have a little walk" he said breaking the comfortable silence that we had made
"Thanks i appreciate that" i said staring into his eyes that looked particularly mesmerising under the moonlight sky
"Do u know where we r" he asked still keeping eye contact with me
"No" i replied
"Good" he then turned his head and continued to stare at the road ahead the comfortable silence coming back until we turned the Corner and a beautiful beach walk stood in front of us. shops,bars,restaurants stood in front of us with the beach opposite.
We walked down the beach front until we stopped outside of a small restaurant with dark, dim lighting.
I zoned out until i heard Matty talk.
"It should be booked under Healy"
The lady stared straight to me not paying much attention to what Matty said her stare was cold and unfriendly and put me a bit on edge and Matty could sense that.
"Urmm look do u have the table or not" he asked and she looked away from me for the first time tonight
"Yes right this way" she said plastering a smile onto her face.
"Here u are if u need anything this is billy ur waiter he will be more than happy to help"
A tall tanned man stood next to her she kissed him before walking away catching everyone off guard i think including him
"Urmm ok here are ur menus call me over when ur ready to order"Matty murmured a small thank u back and we both began  to look at the options in front of us.

After order things relaxed a bit more it felt natural we were asking each other questions and at least i was having a good time.
"So when do u go back to London?" Matty asked
"Urrrrr probably the end of the month"
"So like 2 weeks"he said
"Yea why?"
"Just wondered how many more dates i could fit in that's all"
I laughed at his honesty
"Who said we couldn't go out in London?" I said confused as to why we would say that
"It's just harder u know more people come up to u paps are more in ur face its just easier way of life out here"
"I guess but London is home u know I wouldn't wanna move here full time"
"I get that"he said finishing our conversation as our food arrived.
It was really good food and after we had both finished it he asked for the bill
"No dessert?"i asked him
"Nahhh i have other plans for that " he said back
"Oh really u planned this date for me?" I asked sarcastically
He rolled his eyes "come on lets go"
I followed him out of the restaurant the woman still giving me an uneasy look that I could sense without even looking at her. Matty took my hand and led me over to some steps that led down to the beach
"No no way am i going on the beach"
"Oh come on it will be fun"he said laughing at my reaction
" look at what i am wearing as if I'm going to go down there" i said giving him a deadly serious look
To which he lifted me up and swung me over his shoulder
"Omg Matty put me down" i said lowly into his ear as he carried me down the steps
And he did once we were on the sand i took my heels of and walked with him down the beach as he rambled on about practically nothing but it was cute he made me really happy with just his presence
"Oh there it is" he said pointing to this little ice cream shack
We approached it and i began looking at the flavours i decided to just get what i usually have
"Vanilla please" i said to him
He turned to the woman inside the hut a vanilla and chocolate ice cream please
She smiled and gave them to us we turned around and Matty walked over to the side of the hut and sat on the sand i followed him and sat next to him resting my head on his shoulder.
"How much do i owe you for tonight?" I asked in the silence
"Nothing your company was enough"
I turned to look at him "since when did u become this soft"
"Shut up " he said sneering at me
I laughed and we both continued to eat our ice cream
Just as we finished Matty got a phone call it was only quick and he just replied to whatever the person said with hums and yes. Once he hung up he grabbed my hand and we began to walk back to the car.

We got back into the car and i felt as though something had shifted in the mood and I'm pretty sure Matty could sense that too as he spoke up
"Look someone from my team just phoned me there's a photo of us in the restaurant but its nothing for u to worry about"
"What do u mean its nothing for me to worry about"curious as to why he would say that and why my team haven't phoned me since they are usually all over things like this
"Ur not in the photo just ur back ur fine honestly darlin" he said reassuring me

Once we were back i invited him back into my apartment but he declined and said he had a meeting early tomorrow which i didnt mind.
"Thank u again Matty i really enjoyed tonight" i said exiting the car
"No worries I'll text u ?" He asked
"Yea of course Urmm bye" i said and closed the door actually hating how awkward that was and how i didnt kiss him again i feel like I really fucked that up.
"y/n " Matty shouted as he rolled down the car window i turned around and started to walk to the window
Once i was close enough he put his arms out of the car window and grabbed my face kissing me with passion . I stood there kissing him until there was no air left inside my body then i pulled away i started to walk back to the door but Matty grabbed my hand
"Don't be a stranger" he said his eyes glaring into mine
"I wont" i said and walked back inside my apartment watching him drive off below
