Matty pov

"Yes mum i promise nothing is going on there" i said frustrated through the phone screen for the hundredth time
She stared back at me almost like she was going to keep on pressing for more and then she stopped.
"Okay look Matty i think she's a lovely girl and that but your on tour she is 10x more famous than you and i just worry about you especially with the media"
I rolled my eyes of course she is worried at what the media would think
"You don't have to worry mum i can handle it myself I've got to go now bye"
And i hung up the phone and stared at the ceiling in my apartment bored and a little upset that my mum would say that especially after we kissed for all i know there could be photos every where of it but tonight is the final night of the tour finishing it in la thank god. I wonder if y/n knows.

Y/n pov

I woke up at 10am tired from the night before replaying it in my mind. Did it mean anything to him?Did he just kiss me to comfort me?I sat down at the piano and began to write a song

A text appeared on my phone stopping me in my tracks

Matty: u wanna do something tomorrow ?

y/n:i mean we can do but aren't u gonna be on a plane ?

Matty:no tour finishes tonight my darling

Y/n: oh ok yea that sounds great

Matty: wear something nice x:)

Y/n: wtf does that mean ?
Y/n:hello?
Y/n: u are actually insufferable

I then closed my phone and began looking for something nice? Whatever that means i ended up deciding on this short burgundy dress hoping that was what he meant.

I then finished up the song i was writing and once i was content with it i went to bed scrolling through endless videos of the 1975s last show before sleep took a hold of me .
