Ashley was needed in theatre as soon as she got to the hospital, she quickly put on her uniform and went to try and save a life. Her paitent was losing lots of blood and had multiple injuries due to being involved in a car accident. Ashley was cutting, sewing and cleaning until eventually the paitent was stable and could be removed from theatre. As Ashley left theatre her eyes were met by another sight along the corridor- Mitchell and George were stood there, covered in blood and crying. Ashley went runiing down. "What's happened!?" she shouted. "Mitchell where's Rosie?" Mitchell didnt look at her he just pointed and sobbed "i'm so sorry". Ashley followed his finger and realised he was pointing into a treatment room, without even thinking Ashley went storming in and there laid pale and bloody on the bed was her best friend, her sister- Rosie. The doctor looked at her "Dr Green, you cant be in here im afraid" "no you dont undertsand shes my faltmate, is she..." Ashley trailed off she couldn't bring herself to say the word and finsih the sentence. The doctor came over to her and put his hand on her shoulder "i'm so sorry, we tried everything we could. We were too late." Ashley nodded and walked over to the body. Rosie's throat had been ripped open. Ashley couldn't take it "im so sorry" she screamed as she ran out of the room. She stood in the corridor sobbing until a hand was palced on her shoulder she turned around suddenly and there was the policeman mitchell had been having an argument with. "I am so sorry miss Green" he spoke very calmly but Ashley sensed evil in his eyes. "We will continue trying to find the killer, justice will be done". Ashley just nodded at the man and smiled, he placed his hand in hers and said "my name is William Herrick and i promise you, i will get you justice." He then smiled and walked away. Ashley walked down the corridor and saw at the bottom, sitting in two chairs were Mitchell and George; they were talking and it looked serious but someone had just been murdered so they werent exactly going to be their usual selves were they. As Ashley got closer she heard Mitchell say 'We've been around for thousands
of years. You think it's the first time something like this has happened?' Ashley gasped, Mitchell had done this!? They knew what had happened to her!?. He saw her and stood up but she just ran straight past him with her hand over her mouth and tears streaming down her cheeks. Ashley could feel her heart breaking and her world crumbling around her, this night would be one she wouldn't forget in a hurry and one she certainly didn't understand.
