Chapter 2

"Come on let's go meet them," i said as I ran towards where the bus would stop adrenaline coursing through my body we haven't eaten yet so I didn't know why I still had this lot of juice in my body but right now I don't know if we're dead already or this is really happening but I won't waste no time to enjoy this!

"Wait for me!" y/n stuttered, a mix of disbelief and excitement in their voice. Without hesitation, they bolted after Krystal, their feet pounding against the ground as they caught up to her.

"I can't believe this is actually happening," y/n gasped, their breath coming in ragged puffs. "We're meeting Mabel and Dipper. Like, the real Mabel and Dipper. This is incredible!"

"okay so we have to be calm and act like we don't know them just tell them that we are new here and were here for summer too keep it lowkey," I said explaining to her as we ran

y/n nodded, listening intently to Krystal's words. "Right, got it. Play it cool, act like we just moved here, and we're here for the summer. No fangirling or freaking out. I can do this."

we saw them hop off the bus with bags with them I fake yawned and stretched my arms

"God y/n we're finally here do you think there's a motel here we can crash? also, I'm so hungry" I said a little bit louder for them to hear and with that, they turn their heads on us Mabel being oh so friendly waved at us while Dipper shyly nods and looked away

y/n played along, matching Krystal's tone and acting tired and hungry. "Yeah, I'm starving too," they replied, rubbing their stomach. "I hope there's a place we can crash and find some food."

As Mabel and Dipper turned in their direction, Mabel's friendly wave and Dipper's shy nod confirmed that they had been heard. y/n felt a nervous excitement buzz through them, struggling to keep their composure.

Mabel, her cheerful demeanor never faltering, approached y/n and Krystal with a friendly smile. "Hey there!" she said, her voice filled with warmth. "Are you both staying in Gravity Falls over summer too?"

i nodded and bent over to level with her "Yes! and you guys? do you live here or taking a summer break?" Krystal asked

Mabel and Dipper nodded in return, replying to y/n and Krystal's question.

"Yeah, we're staying here for the summer too," Mabel confirmed. "Our parents thought it'd be a good idea for a change of scenery and a chance to relax."

"Oh that's great! hope you guys have fun, by the way my name is Krystal and this is y/n and you guys are?" I ask as I stood up properly waiting for a shake hand

Mabel immediately extended her hand, her smile widening. "Hi Krystal! It's nice to meet you. I'm Mabel, and this here is my twin brother, Dipper."

Dipper followed suit, a slight trace of shyness still visible in his demeanor, but he extended his hand as well. "Hey," he said, offering a nod.

"Well since we're all going to the exact place I mean heh Town want us to tag along?"Krystal ask the twins and y/n looking at me her face saying 'Really Krystal' with a smirk

As they walked towards town, chatting and getting to know each other better, Krystal mentioned that she was hungry and suggested stopping at the Diner to eat first. Mabel agreed eagerly, always up for food.

"That's a great idea!" she chimed in. "I could definitely go for some good food right now."

Dipper nodded in agreement, chiming in, "The Diner here has some awesome food. We can grab a bite there and then head over to the Mystery Shack after."
