[Fave Chapter <3]

The next day Y/N and I goes to work early my heart was a little bit excited since that day I knew Stan feels something but I also know that he was either denying it or he just doesn't want someone to get in his way or something, but that doesn't matter I'm just glad to be here and I feel that we're both okay again

Then we noticed Mabel was working on something and to our surprise it was a wax figure Y/n then fill me in about this episode then I remember it which made my heart hurt a bit knowing what that wax really mean to stan, while Mabel work her magic to create a replica of stan the souvenir shop has a surprisingly lot of customer today so I wasn't able to do anything other than assist customers and clean.

when the customers started to disperse i seem to have no more things to do, Y/n then started hanging out with the twins then I saw Wendy waving goodbye since her shift is done and Soos cleaning the store while Stan was counting money"Hey boss anything I can do for you?" I said playfully as I leaned on the counter and looked at him

"Just keep the gift shop in order," he grunted, his voice gruff. "And stop leaning on the counter."

I back away putting my hands up in surrender"Okay geez" I said letting out a small laugh

Stan's eyes stayed on her, his gaze lingering for a moment longer than necessary. The sound of her laugh made his chest tighten, his heart betraying his hard exterior.

He returned to counting the money, his fingers moving deftly over the cash. But his focus was split, his mind continuing to fixate on her presence.

He stole a glance at her from the corner of his eye, his voice gruff as he spoke. "And stop being so damn cheerful. It's obnoxious."

Then my smile faded and rolled my eyes"grumpy pants" I walked away and started cleaning with Soos,as the day continued I learned a few things about Soos that we already knew about him, we laughed and talked about nothing and anything

Stan watched you work with Soos, a mixture of irritation and something else swirling within him. He couldn't understand why seeing you laugh and have fun with Soos got under his skin.

He found himself glaring in your direction, his heart growing heavier with every smile you directed towards Soos.

He muttered to himself as he continued his work, his voice low and gruff. "What's so damn special about that idiot..."

hours later

The whole group had gathered in the house, and the sight of the wax statue of Stan was a little too much for the grumpy old man. Mabel stood there, proud of her handiwork.

As Stan laid eyes on the statue, his initial fright turned into an emotional response. Tears welled up in his eyes, and his gruff exterior softened at the sight of the perfect replica.

"Oh, Mabel," he said, his voice choked with emotion. "It's... it's perfect."

He quickly composed himself, clearing his throat. "Everyone, listen up."

Stan continued as everyone gathered around, his voice firm and authoritative. "Tomorrow, that statue gets unveiled. Make sure you're all there. And don't be late, you got it?"

He looked around the group, his gaze lingering on Krystal a bit longer than necessary, a flicker of something in his eyes that only she seemed to notice.
