You were drivin' the getaway car
We were flyin' but we'd never get far
Don't pretend it's such a mystery
Think about the place where you first met me

I sat at the table while everyone talked. I pulled my jacket closer to my body, the fingerprint marks were all over me from last night. I licked my lips, pushing the dirty thoughts out of my head. My body felt like I was being pumped full of adrenaline. A small smile pulled to my face.

"How are you making out, Daytona?" Midas asked me, raising his eyebrow. He knew something was up. His eyes traveled over to D'Angelo's empty seat.

"I'm good." I spoke, taking another bite of whatever food the chef made. My Dad placed his hand on my shoulder and smiled.

"She came home last night. I was glad she said that she would join us tonight." Dad said, looking at Alexander. Sometimes I'm jealous of their friendship. I looked ahead at the car across from me that was empty. The only reason I showed up wasn't even here. I rolled my eyes, but smiled when I remembered what happened last night.

Last night.

My Dad is going to kill me when he finds out

"What have you been up to? Enjoying life?" Aurora asked me, a smile on her face. Ares was sitting on her lap, and Hades was running around the table like crazy. He has so much energy.

"Have you heard from my son?" Dom asked, and I shrugged. Heard from him? No. Heard him. Yes. I bit back my smile.

"No I haven't."

"What an idiot." Dom muttered, before smiling widely at me. Spike barked, and I sighed.

"Be nice, Spike, he's just a baby." I said, looking at Hades who was running and Spike was chasing him slowly. Hades ran over to me, holding his hands up. I raised my eyebrow at him, and he giggled.

"Up!" I picked him up, sitting him on my lap. His hand went straight to my necklace, and he started playing with it. A loud bang was heard, and then the door to the dining room swung open, everyone's heads snapped to see D'Angelo walking into the room.

"Nice of you to finally join us." Abu spoke, before Josie rolled her eyes and smiled at me. I raised my eyebrow, feeling my hair being touched now. I looked down at Hades.

"Pwetty." He tried to say, and I smiled.

"Thank you, cutie." I pinched his cheek, and he giggled.

"I'm sorry. I've been looking for my phone all day." He rushed before quickly sitting down. I clenched my jaw, looking at the bite mark on his neck, and the hickeys down it.

"Woah! Who leeched onto you? And where can I get it!" Dom yelled in a joking manner. D'Angelo's gaze met mine, and I quickly looked back down at Hades.

"Did you find your phone?" Midas asked, and I bit the inside of my cheek.

"No." He groaned, running his hand down his face.

"Your car." I spoke, and everyone's head snapped to face me.

"I mean you're always in your car, it's the most logical answer." I chuckled, staring at him from across the table. Dad raised his eyebrow at me, and I cringed. Midas smirked, and looked at D'Angelo.

"So Dlo, how was the club yesterday?" Midas asked, cracking his knuckles. Midas knew exactly what he was doing.

"Fine." D'Angelo gritted his teeth, and I felt pressure on my shoulder. I looked to see Hades head laying on my shoulder, his eyes closed. His hand tangled in my hair. D'Angelo looked at us, his eyes flickering back and forth.
