Introduction to characters

First some general information:

In the start of every story I will include a picture for outfit inspiration for the story, if the story includes more dates, there might be pictures through the story for new outfit ideas.

I know the dates does not fit right, but please ignore that.

A little about the characters in this story.

Anna Lyngstrup:
Anna is the main character she is 22 years old, and goes to university in Denmark to get her law degree. She recently got out of a five-year relationship, with her high school sweetheart, Kasper, he was truly a golden retriever boyfriend but unfortunately, they just grew apart. They parted on friendly terms, they have a lot of the same friends which is why they have seen each other since the breakup, though they have not been alone or really spoken since the breakup.
Anna will be an exchange student in Toronto from January to June where she will be staying with her host family. She has 1,5 years left of her education.
Anna's mother died two years ago from cancer, which has brought her and her sister much closer. Anna and her sister Mathilda, has always been close but growing up two sisters there has been a lot of fighting. However, this trauma has really brought them closer together. Their father (Anders) has found a new girlfriend who does not like Anna and Mathilda, which is why her father keeps these two relations separate for a little while.
Anna loves hosting and it makes her happy to throw parties and make sure people are happy. She will always make sure everyone is happy before thinking about herself.

Mathilda Lyngstrup:
Mathilda is Anna's little sister, she is 19 years old, and will be turning 20 when Anna is in Toronto. Mathilda will be moving into Anna's apartment while she is in Toronto, and start university where she will study business economy. Mathilda loves her sister, and she is her role model.

Emma Aagaard:
Emma, 23 years old, is Anna's best friend. They have been best friends since high school and have always been there for each other. Their boyfriends through time have always come second because they are both each other's first priority. Emma and Anna does not have the same taste in men or fashion, which makes them perfect for each other. Emma is currently single. Emma is also in university she will too be done in 1,5 years, then she can call herself a doctor.

Friends from university:
Sophia Christensen, 22 years old, Anna's best friend she has met in university, she is single and has never had a boyfriend. She is a genuine person and when was there for Anna when she broke up with her boyfriend, always helping where she can, she keeps saying, "Coaches don't play" whenever she gives relationship advice.
Emily Longrun, 24 years old, want to become an influencer and has always been the most followed person in the group, only thinks about likes and followers, does not genuinely care about her friends. She is single, but will always tell her friends about the different men she brings home after a night out.
Sarah James, 25 years old, starting to get really jealous of everything Anna gets through the story, has always been jealous of everything others get that she does not. She is no longer in a relationship with her longtime boyfriend because none of the other girls is with their old boyfriends.
Hannah Eliza, 22 years old, she is always there for her friends, and will forever help them even with everything. Hanna has gotten a new boyfriend, who is a walking red flag, but she loves him and as long as he is not physically hurting her or mentally, we will not screw with their relationship.
Klara Johnson, 23 years old, a crazy girl. She will go clubbing Thursday to Saturday, her whole personality is she is a party girl. She will bring home new boys after clubbing but nothing will ever happen, the boys often end up sleeping on the couch. She loves her friends and family and is always there for them, especially if they want to go clubbing.

New friends in Toronto:
James Ortego: New colleague at the student job, he is 25 years old. He is Anna's surpervisor and new friend. James and his boyfriend Sam are madly in love.
Ellie Simpson: 24 years old, Anna and Ellie met at a café in Toronto, where they instantly hit it off, Ellie is going to law school in Toronto. Ellie and Anna are comparing their educations and laughing at all the differences, therefore they can also help each other from time to time.

Shawn Mendes:
Shawn is 26 years old, he is a singer and songwriter. He is a kind and trusting person, who is unashamed of his feelings and optimistic. He is the kind of person who loves love and is longing to find a girlfriend, not because he cannot live alone, but because he wants to find a new best friend whom he can spend the rest of his life with. After seeing almost his whole team in love, especially Andrew and his wife, he is longing for someone to love. Shawn is a family person and would never date a girl who is not a family person as well.

Shawn's family:
Karen: Shawn's mother, very loving and want the best for her son. She will love Shawn's future wife and kids as if they were her own.
Manny: Shawn's father, he is just waiting for Shawn to find the love of his life, and keep asking him to meet his new girlfriend.
Aaliyah: Shawn's younger sister. She has been with her boyfriend Mateo for two years now. She is longing for Shawn to get a girlfriend so she can have a new best friend, and another girl in the family.

Shawn's team:
Brian, who is one of Shawn's best friends, he falls in love with Anna the first time he sees her.
Geoff, is also one of Shawn's best friends, other than being a friend he is a guitar tech while they're on tour. Geoff and Anna really hit it off when they first meet, and they become really good friends. They develop a friendship that is almost like siblings. Geoff is single.
Josiah, he is a photographer and is single.
Zubin, is a guitarist, and is married with kids.
Dave, is a bassist, has a girlfriend.
Mike, is a drummer, is getting married to his high school sweetheart.
Cez, is the tour manager and is married, but him and his wife don't want kids, which is why he loves Shawn like his own son.
Jake, is Shawn's bodyguard, he is single but currently dating.

Andrew, is Shawn's manager. He is married to Maria, and they have two kids together. Finnegan who is 7 years old and Elliot who is 4 years old, they call them their bees. They have been married for 10 years and are still madly in love with each other.
Andrew's parents are Alice and Anthony. Alice always throws the craziest parties with wild themes.
Maria's parents are Betty and Bertram.
