For me, Halcyon transcends mere definition; it embodies a cherished state of being—a wistful yearning for those moments in life that shimmered with joy and tranquility.

This is my second collection of poems, born from my own life (or maybe not)—its trials, triumphs, but mostly, the subtle choices in between where I've found solace. I chose Halcyon because it encapsulates what I've sought and sometimes found: a blissful escape to what once was. With all I had it in me. Not anymore.

These poems are my way of capturing that elusive calm, preserving it in words so that it may resonate with those who, like me, yearn for moments of peace in a turbulent world.
