"What's wrong guys?" Anne domes downstairs and over to Ashton and I.
"Son, are you okay?" She looks concerned.

"Mom, come sit with me." He takes her to the couch and sits with her. Then my dad comes downstairs.

"Hey, guys." He looks nervous.

"Honey, Ashton was just about to tell me something." Anne says.

"Yeah. Uh, mom. Robert has been-" I cut him off.

"Planning a surprise party for you." Ashton and my dad looks at me.

"Really?" Anne looks at my dad and smiles.

"Yeah, I have. Thanks destiny for ruining the surprise." my says nervously.

"Uh. Okay. Well we could've just had a party..." She says.

"I know. I just wanted to do something special for my special woman." Oh god. This is making me nauseous.

"Actually... No. He wasn't planning a party..." Everyone looks at me.

"Dad I promised I wouldn't tell and I should've let Ashton tell you Anne... But my dad has been sleeping with someone else. An intern at the law firm..." Anne looks at and then at my dad. She smiles the whole time.

"I know." She knows?!

"You know?!" Me and my dad say at the same time.

"Yeah. It's not hard to know when your husband is sleeping with someone after you find an unknown bra and pair of things you know isn't yours or your kids. And I could smell her in the closet. But who is she. I mean what's her name?" She backs away from my dad and looks at him.

"Why didn't you say anything?" My dad says.

"Well, I thought you would be a man about it and I just thought it was a one time thing. But I didn't." She says.

"Her name is Katie." I say.

"Katie... The girls that brought coffee when I went to see you..." Her face falls. She looks so hurt...

"Guys, let's give them some space..." I say. I grab Victoria and walk up stairs. She just woke up.

"I can't believe he would do that..." Emma says.

"I can. He did to my mom too." I say.

"Hey, let's go and scare Katie..." Calum says.

I smile. I hand Luke Victoria and walk to my dad and Anne's room. You can hear them yelling at eachother downstairs. The fight has heated up.

I slightly open the door and hear heavy breathing from the closet. The door is cracked open.

I walk to it an swing it open. Katie yells.

"Oops." I laugh slightly.

I hear Emma giggle.

"What's going on?" She says.

"Why didn't you leave?" I say. "And why pick the closet of all places to hide." I add.

"The first place I could think of."

Anne throws my dads stuff out of the door. I would go with him but I don't want to.

"Come on. Seriously?!" My dad says while walking out the door.

"Anne is in the kitchen drinking some water and taking some aspirin.

"Destiny. Come on." My dad gestures towards me then picks his stuff up.

"No." I say.

"What?" My dad drops his stuff and looks at me.

"No. I'm not going no with you." I say. I shut the door.

"Why aren't you going with him?!" Anne asks. Everyone looks at me.

"This isn't the first time he had an affair with a mom of mine. He cheated on my mom..." I say.

I sit on the couch and watch Netflix with everyone while Victoria takes a nap. She's sleeps a lot. But I guess that's normal for a baby.

We're watching Saw V. It's great. Emma screams beside me in Calums arm when something bad happens. It's funny though.

I'm laughing and everyone looks at me. Anne pauses the movie.

"What're you laughing at?!" Anne says.

"Emma and... The movie..." I say in between laughs.

"How?!" Calum says. Emma breathes are still shallow, but she's fine.

"I don't know..." I immediately stop laughing and look at the tv. Anne unpauses it after a while and we continue watching it.

Then there's a knock it the door. I look at the time and sees its almost 11.

Anne pauses the movie and looks at the door. No one loves. I get up and walk the door. Anne follows me. I look through the peep hole and I see my dad and a guy in a suit.

"It's my dad and a guy in a suit." I say to Anne.

"Open it." Anne says. She looks irritated.

"Okay. You have to come with me." My dad says right as I open the door.

"Sh." The guy in the suit says. "I'm our dads lawyer, Ryan."He holds out his hand and I shake it. He holds it towards Anne and she shakes it too. I invite them in and they come in. Everyone goes downstairs but me and Anne.

"Destiny. Your dad tells me that he has had custody over you since your mom... Died... Is this true?" He says.

"Yeah. So what?" I say.

"So. You should have to come with him." I laugh at that.

"Yeah. I'm gonna go with him. Your funny man." I say. Anne looks at me. "Sorry." I whisper and stop laughing.

"Well, then you wouldn't mind taking it up at court?" Ryan says.

"What? Court? Seriously? Your gonna go to court about this?" I stand up and look at the man I call my dad.

"Yeah. Well, you need to be with me, your father." He says.

"No. No, I don't. I haven't had a mother for six damn years. I finally have one. I don't care if you two get a divorce. I'm staying with her because I finally have a mother I can go to when I need help. I've had a father and it isn't that great. And don't you dare say some sappy shit like fathers are like they are because they care. All you do is sleep with women. You barely cares for me. I had no one after mom died until you married Anne and until we moved in with her. So, no. I'm not gonna go, no, I'm not gonna go to court for this. If I have to I'll get emancipated..." I say. He looks at me shocked.

He starts laughing. Now I know where I get it from...
