3rd POV

After a long tutoring session, Y/n had finally managed to make the Nakano sisters complete their homework-something that rarely happened without a struggle. As a reward for their effort, they all headed to the much-anticipated Fireworks Festival, their excitement palpable in the air.

The lively festival grounds stretched out before them, bathed in the warm glow of lanterns and filled with the delicious aroma of street food. The chatter of festival-goers, the sounds of game stalls, and the occasional laughter from passing couples added to the vibrant atmosphere.

Yotsuba, practically bouncing on her feet, turned toward the group with an enthusiastic grin.

"Now let's enjoy the festival, everyone!" she declared with her usual boundless energy.

Beside her, Raiha, Futarou's little sister, clapped her hands together in excitement.

"We're finally here!" she cheered.

Nino, with her arms crossed, looked around before asking, "At what time does the festival start and end?"

Miku, ever the knowledgeable one, responded without hesitation. "It starts at 7 PM and ends at 8 PM."

Hearing this, Ichika suddenly wrapped her arms around Miku in a playful embrace, resting her chin on her sister's shoulder.

"That means we still have an hour before the fireworks start," Ichika mused. "Why don't we stop by the food stalls and grab something to eat?"

At the mention of food, Raiha's eyes sparkled, and she quickly turned to Y/n and Futarou, practically bouncing with anticipation.

"Uesugi Nii-san! L/N Nii-san! Hurry up, hurry up!" she urged, pulling at her brother and Y/N sleeve while the other sisters eagerly nodded in agreement.

Y/n let out a small sigh, stuffing his hands into his pockets.

"Okay, okay... we're coming."

As the group excitedly rushed ahead, Y/n lagged slightly behind, observing them quietly. A small smile tugged at the corner of his lips.

"Today... they seem happier than usual," he murmured to himself.

A brief moment of nostalgia flickered in his expression. He had never seen them this happy before-not during their tutoring sessions, not even when they were messing around and teasing each other. Tonight, they were genuinely glowing with joy.

Futarou, walking beside him, seemed to have noticed this too.

"They really do seem happy, huh?" Futarou said, adjusting his glasses.

Y/n glanced at him before nodding slightly.

"Yeah... I've never seen them this happy before."

Just as he said that, a familiar voice cut through the festive atmosphere.

"Why is your expression completely contradicting the festival's atmosphere?"

Both Y/n and Futarou instinctively turned toward the voice, though only Y/n immediately recognized it-it was Itsuki.

Futarou, on the other hand, looked momentarily confused before realizing it was one of the quints.
