The movie night
=========⛦=========

Y/n's pov:

The week that followed passed in a whirlwind of lectures, study sessions, and endless conversations. Being in the same class meant that Taehyung, Jimin, and I spent almost every moment together. Jimin, as usual,constantly teasing and making me laugh like he had done for years. But it was Taehyung who stirred something deeper in me.

There was something about the way Taehyung carried himself that captivated me. His calm, effortless presence seemed to fill every space he walked into, and his blue orbs held a mystery I couldn't quite unravel. I found myself stealing glances at him whenever I could. Whether he was absorbed in a conversation with Jimin or quietly listening during lectures, my eyes were drawn to him. His dark hair would fall messily over his forehead, and when he smiled-especially that signature boxy smile-it was like time slowed down, leaving me caught in the moment, trying to steady my heartbeat. Every night the shirt which was given by him hears all my nonsense, like how he is making feel for him.

It was silly, really. We were becoming friends, and I should've been content with that. But there was something about Taehyung, something more than friendship, that pulled at me. Sometimes, I'd catch him leaning back in his chair, eyes focused on the ceiling, deep in thought, and I couldn't help but wonder what went on behind those blue eyes. And when he laughed, that genuine, warm laugh that crinkled the corners of his eyes, it felt like the world could stop, and I wouldn't mind at all.

I tried my best to keep my feelings hidden, unsure of how Jimin would react if he found out. We had been friends for as long as I could remember, and the last thing I wanted was to make things awkward. But whenever Taehyung looked my way, that boxy smile lighting up his face, I could feel the butterflies in my stomach threatening to expose everything.

Before I knew it, the weekend had arrived, and I found myself lying on my bed, staring at the ceiling, thinking about how much had changed in just one week. What started as a casual breakfast after that long drive had turned into something more-a comfortable routine, a friendship that felt natural and effortless. But beneath the surface, I couldn't shake the quiet longing I had for Taehyung.

My phone buzzed, pulling me from my thoughts. It was from Taehyung. "Movie night at mine? Jimin's already in."

I smiled, feeling the familiar flutter in my chest as I typed back, "On my way."

Maybe, just maybe, there was hope for something more.

----

I parked my car and noticed Jimin's bike was already there. "Looks like he beat me to it," I thought, smiling. Walking to the door, I rang the bell and waited. But after a moment, no one answered. I frowned, ringing it again.

"What's going on with these guys?" I muttered, my confusion growing.

When there was still no response, I decided to use the passcode Taehyung had shared with us, unlocking the door with a soft click. The moment I stepped inside, flour rained down from above, covering me from head to toe. I gasped in shock, stood frozen , my eyes wide, before I heard uncontrollable laughter echoing through the room.

There, sitting on the floor, were Jimin, covered in flour himself and taehyung was beside him, laughing so hard they could barely breathe.

"Are you serious?" I groaned, trying to brush off the flour clinging to my clothes, but it was useless. The white powder was everywhere.
