16~ The Hurt in The Eyes

"Because she is paralyzed."

Jimin froze as he heard those words coming out of his bestfriend's mouth. He felt his world shaking as he turned to Minseok with bloodshot eyes.

Tears brimmed in his eyes as his hands shaked, feeling his heart congesting in his chest as he looked shocked.

"She... I mean... How?" He couldn't find the right words as Minseok looked at him through his own teary eyes but he was angry too. Moving closer to Jimin, he held him by the collars as he glared at him.

"I wish I can kill you right now but I won't kill my best friend... I wish I can make you feel the hell she is living in." He spoke as he pushed Jimin away and looked away.

Jimin clenched his fists as he looked at Minseok back. Several questions ran through his mind as he looked at Y/N. She looked weak as her those blue eyes looked at the ceiling. He moved closer to her as he looked at her hands surrounded with wires.

"Princess..." Jimin whispered as he moved his hand to touch her hand feeling his whole body getting alive when they heard the sound of beep getting louder. Minseok turned to Y/N as Jimin moved back looking at her as the doctor and the nurses entered the room.

"What's happening to her?!" He shouted as the doctor immediately checked her while nurse gave her injection.

On the other hand, Jimin stood behind watching the scene happening in front of him as he watched her lying lifelessly on the bed.

"She was triggered a little causing the poor inhalation of oxygen... She is fine. We've given her a sedative. She needs a lot of rest... Avoid talking about stressful things in front of her." He said when Minseok nodded and looked at Jimin who stood frozen on his spot, his eyes never leaving Y/N's body.

The doctor and the nurses went out when Minseok went to Jimin. He was angry but he cares too much about his friend just like he cares for Y/N.

"Go home and rest." He spoke when Jimin looked at him and shaked his head.

"I won't. I've wasted so much time not again... I want to stay beside her." His voice broken as he watched Y/N.

He was regretting going away from her, he wanted to bring the time back. He wanted to make everything right but he knew there is going to be a lot of patience for this. It's not easy.

"Let's talk."

Jimin sat beside Minseok looking at the city as the night grows darker and darker. Placing his head on his hands as he rubbed his face, Minseok gulped the bear as he placed the glass on table. Both of them came to the bar near the hospital.

"She knows everything about you." He spoke making Jimin frowned as he turned to look at Minseok.

The realization hit him as he looked back at the city view, his jaw clenched. Minseok swirl the glass as he stared at it and started speaking.

"The night you left the club, she called me. She asked me that why you hate her father so much... Why you wanted to take revenge that you would use her for it? She pleaded and I told her about everything... She was so angry and guilty that she went to him and asked him. If it was not enough, that bastard told her about what he did to her mother. I was there with her."

Hearing his words, Jimin curiosity started increasing as Minseok tightened his hold around the glass as he looked at Jimin who was staring back at him.

"She is an illegitimate child of his. He treated her mother the same way he treated yours. She couldn't take it... She mercilessly killed him and sent his picture to you. After sending it, she burned him just like he burned your sister. She did it for you and for her. It was the first time, she killed someone."
