I gather all my courage and hike to the edge of the forest. I can hear cars and some people talking. I walk closer and closer until I reach an asphalt surface. I briefly think about why exactly I'm doing this and whether it wouldn't be smarter to continue as a human.

I choose the fox form because as a human I have no chance in a fight. So for the first time in my life I enter the city. I walk across the street until-

"Holy crap!" I think to myself as soon as a car almost hits me and makes a loud noise. This is worse than the wilderness!

The car has given me a wide berth and I run as quickly as possible onto the asphalt, where there are probably no cars.

“Look, a fox!” a girl circles next to me, scaring me. I quickly run away again. Somewhere where I don't see people. I end up in a place where there are a lot of cars parked but not moving.

Not a soul is here, but... I have a scent.

It leads into a... house? Is this what the people live in look like? Looks uncomfortable.

Still shaking from this new world, I trot towards this building, but where the trail leads there is only... a door? How do you open that?

I press my body against it haphazardly, but it doesn't open. Desperately I start scratching at the glass with my claws, hoping to make a hole that I can fit through, but nothing happens.

I retreat from this door and look for another entrance into this block. I walk around the building until I hear voices from inside.

"What does this text tell us? What is it written about?" I hear a female voice from inside. I turn to the side. There is a wall in front of me, but above it it is open. I smell the creature in this room, but I also smell some people and... Scott?
Is he in cahoots with this thing?

I don't think about it for long and take a few steps back to get a running start. I run and jump off to get through the opening, which is very large. Maybe that's a window?

I land on the wall and look into the room. Several teenagers sit in rows on uncomfortable-looking things and listen to an adult woman who is the only one standing. Is this a school?

"Ahh!" someone starts screaming and backs away from me. The comrades do the same and all move away from me. One of the boys even throws a book at me, but at the same moment I jump from the wall into the room.

The adult woman tells everyone to keep calm, but no one listens to her except...

"It's just a fox. It doesn't do anything," Scott calls out to the others and looks deep into my eyes. I think he recognizes my scent and looks over at Stiles. Great. He's there too.

I try to identify the smell and it actually stands out. It's the adult woman. She is the murderer. But now she looks completely different. She has dark brown wavy hair, blue eyes and is quite tall.

I approach her growling. She won't scare me anymore. I am the predator!
