"Same to you Ms. Konomi." You let out a soft smile along with a wave
"I apologize if I intervened with any of your plans and for asking you to come in such short notice !"
"Oh no need to apologize ! I figure it's important." You shrugged while moving your hands in the pockets of your trench-coat
"Right !"
Konomi nodded to Mina with a serious expression before turning her attention on the screen revealing a familiar Kaiju in captivity
Your eyes slightly widen upon realization
"Is that-"
"Yes, Ms.Y/n, that's the Kaiju you saved Vice captain Hoshina from, 𝙺𝚊𝚒𝚓𝚞 𝙽𝙾. 𝟷𝟶."
You take a closer look at the screen, now taking notice of the Vice Captain with the captive Kaiju
"So Ms. Y/n, the reason I called you was ... Kaiju 10. only wishes to specifically speak with either you or the Vice captain."
Konomi stared at you waiting for your response
"Alright, I'll head in." Mina nodded as you made way

"I already know that, that isn't what I meant." Hoshina gave a puzzled look at the captive Kaiju
"Your group has the technology to weaponize my body, right ?"
You or that woman, either one of you will weaponize and wear me."
"Hand your body ... over to me."
Hoshina eyes widen at the request
"That woman is abnormally powerful, if we became one we'd be unstoppable ... although she'd keep me at bay due to her strength."
Hoshina clenched his fist at the thought of such a creature glued to your body

"Hoshina, me wearing that thing has a way lower risk then if you do !" You remove his hands from your shoulders as you turn facing the metallic gates
"If that thing even manages control over me, I'll be sure to end it even if it kills me." You spoke with such nonchalantness about the matter, angering the vice captain as you raised your hand up to your ear
"Mina, Konomi I'll do it." You announced over the ear piece before turning your attention back to Hoshina
"I'll be fine, don't stress." You calmly spoke placing a hand on his arm, not able to read his expression due to his bangs obscuring his upper face
Hoshina then placed a hand over yours hand, resting on his arm
"No." His eyes meet your confused ones

"Did you not already when you took me out ?" You pondered out loud
"That's not what I meant, I just can't stand the thought of you wearing that thing ... it admires you and has an odd obsession with you." Hoshina let out a sly smile
"It just sounds like you're a bit possessive." You smugly grinned while Hoshina inched closer to you
