The sun dipped below the horizon, casting a serene hush over the estates. One area featured an artificial hot spring, its glow from candlelight creating a romantic ambiance. Nearby, a wooden tray floated, offering snacks and wine.

Dai Shinto and Shen Jing sat together in the warm, fragrant water. Despite feeling shy about their intimacy, Shen Jing leaned his head against Dai Shinto's shoulder, savoring the closeness.

Shen Jing noted the scars that marked Dai Shinto's body-both small and large-but he refrained from commenting on how masculine he found him, fearing it would be too embarrassing to say.

Their conversation began hesitantly, but flowed more easily when Shen Jing voiced his desire to spend more time together and his wish for a child.

Dai Shinto paused, contemplating Shen Jing's words. He thought Shen Jing was still too young for such a responsibility but hesitated to voice his concerns, not wanting to upset him.

Understanding the cultural pressures surrounding family and children, Dai Shinto recognized the importance of having children young to maintain reputation.

Yet he felt differently; he wanted to discuss the possibility of parenthood one day, believing it was too soon for that conversation. He resolved to wait for the right moment, when they were both ready.

As they relaxed in the hot spring, a distant howl sent shivers down Shen Jing's spine, causing him to hug his arms tightly.

Sensing his discomfort, Dai Shinto reassured him with the soothing sounds of the water rippling around them. Gradually, Shen Jing relaxed, a blush spreading across his cheeks as he smiled.

Dai Shinto sipped from a small cup of wine while Shen Jing reached for a miniature mango cheesecake from the tray. The moment he took a bite, rich flavors burst in his mouth, delighting his senses.

Another conversation sparked between them, and Shen Jing appreciated the attention Dai Shinto was giving him. Dai Shinto, intrigued, observed Shen Jing closely, eager to learn more about his interests and preferences.

But things heated up when Dai Shinto and Shen Jing shared a kiss, as the romantic tension between them reached its peak. However, they had no intention of taking things further.

[Location]:[At The Clinic]

The night was quiet, with only the sound of footsteps echoing through the halls, as work slowed down after hours.

Inside one patient's room, a woman who had just given birth lay awake and exhausted. Confusion clouded her expression until she remembered calling for help.

She glanced down, surprised to see her belly flat beneath the light, white robe she wore, which felt comfortable against her skin.

With a shaky determination, she stood up, her legs trembling, but she managed to walk steadily toward the cabinet where her clothes were folded neatly.

Opening the door, she found the hall nearly empty. She ventured out, intent on searching for her baby without drawing attention to herself.

After several minutes of searching, she finally discovered a room lined with cribs. One crib held a single, sleeping newborn-her son, peacefully resting after being cared for by the nurses.

As she approached the crib, the woman gazed at her newborn son, noticing the small, barely visible horns that resembled tiny thorns.

A wave of mixed emotions washed over her, and tears filled her eyes, overwhelmed by everything that had transpired.
