*Amberlie's POV*Drina was stunning.
Her was far more different. I barely even recognized her. Sophie had given her an exotic makeover and dressed her in her red gown and silver stiletto. I never knew Drina had such great curves.
She looked like a vamp, ravishingly beautiful 😍
But I knew the situation for her right now as she stood in front of the mirror primping herself. She feels silly and self conscious arriving all painted up with a long black wig.
I know what she was thinking- This is not a good idea -" This is not a good idea" She turned.
See? I told you.
" You look great!" I said with excitement.
" I look insane" She muttered.
" I should take you a pic. Pose right there" Sophie jumped from my bed with her phone.
" Maybe I should wear something else and wipe off this sticky makeup" Drina said pulling at the hem of her gown ready to take it off.
" Don't you dare! I worked my ass off to make you look like this" Sophie chirped and Drina reluctantly stopped. She sighed.
I glanced at my wrist watch.
" Oh my Drina it's almost eight!" I cried out shocked.
" Oliver must be tired of waiting. I'll just go now" Drina finally headed out the door with the small purse Sophie forced her to carry along.
" She didn't even say good bye" I sulked. All she cares about is Oliver " I murmured.
" Jealous sissy?" Sophie said and I narrowed my eyes at her.
" If you're so lonely then fix up your love life and stop being grouchy all the time " Sophie said.
" I'm not gru-" I wanted to blast.
" Yeah. Whatever " She cut in nonchalantly as she leaned into the bed to grin at something funny on her phone. I glared at her and huffed.
Has she not been my sister...
* Drina's POV *
I slowly walked into the restaurant with my eyes roaming over searching for a certain Auburn hair. I felt really awkward not nervous. Everybody won't stop staring at the artificial raven who just walked in.
Well that's their problem.
As I looked around, my eyes met Oliver. He was sitting alone staring at something in his phone. I sighed and walked up to meet him.
My shadow looming over him made him conscious and looked up.
He stared. Fuzed.
Silence existed between us for many seconds before I broke it." Sorry I kept you waiting. Didn't mean to waste your time" I said taking a seat opposite his.
" Glad you said something so I could recognize you" He said finally.
" Tell me I look awful"
He drummed his finger tips on the table for a moment and looked up at me.
" Okay. I would tell you that" He said. I observed he had no glasses on and he looked more handsome. It looked strange at first because I hadn't seen him without glasses before.
How did you manage to walk up here without glasses?" I asked curiously.
" Maybe you need glasses too. What's this?" He said pointing to his glasses which were on the table.
' I didn't see it there " I said. " I'm starving " I said and waved at the waiter and he walked up to us to take our orders.
As we ate our eyes, I had a sensation of him staring at me and I looked up to catch that weird gaze in his eyes as he sliced his chicken with his eyes still fixed on me.
