During the reception, the guests are treated with Korean dishes which are the couple's favorites along with some Western dishes. The wedding cake is strawberry and chocolate flavored, Taehyung's favorite.
Taehyung and Jungkook are in the center of the dance floor for their couple's dance. Their eyes are fixed to each other while they gracefully sway to romantic songs chosen by Jimin and Hoseok. Earlier, the lawyer apologized to Taehyung for not helping him and cowardly fled abroad with his family. Taehyung forgave him, saying he understood why Hoseok did that. Hoseok promised Taehyung that he will help him in getting his inheritance back from his uncle.
"I love you so much, Tae. You don't know how much I missed you when my grandfather took me away. I did my best to become successful so I can go back to you." Jungkook said softly, eyes glistening with unshed tears, tears of happiness.
"It was the same for me, Kook. When you left, I locked myself in my room. My parents tried their best to cheer me up. They even hired a maid with a son your age to play with me, but I refused to replace you. You are my only Kook, I love you." Taehyung replied and Jungkook couldn't help but kiss him again, longer this time as he poured all the longing they felt when they were apart. They moved their lips harmoniously, uncaring of the people around them. They were in their own world and nothing else matters.
They pull away from the kiss. Jungkook gently caresses his cheek. "From now on, I'll take care of you. I will not let anyone hurt you again."
"I know you will. You took care of me when I was sick, remember? I didn't know you could cook." Taehyung flashed him a tender smile.
"Believe me, my love. Even when you aren't sick, I will take care of you. I learned how to cook so I can feed you delicious and nutritious food."
"Aren't you too whipped for me, Mr. Jeon?" Taehyung jokes, flicking his husband's chin but Jungkook remained earnest.

"I am, it's true. I'm whipped for you, hyungie. Have you not realized it yet?" Jungkook looked him straight in the eyes. Taehyung blushed furiously at his husband's candidness. He was left speechless when Jungkook suddenly pulled him by the waist and kissed his lips unabashedly.
Jin looks at them, a content smile adorning his lips. His dongsaeng had suffered much but finally, he found his happiness again. He knows Jungkook will never let sadness and pain touch Taehyung again. He trusts the CEO to take care of his little brother. Namjoon nudges him, a frown on his face as he sees the tears clinging in Jin's eyes. Jin tells him not to worry because those are tears of happiness. Namjoon takes him into his arms and kisses his forehead.
Yoongi receives a call from Captain Lee Sung-Kyung, his lady officer friend at the police station. The policewoman informed him of Kim Sangwoo's death, the arrest of Sunmi and her mother, and Tae Rae's critical condition. Yoongi thanked her before ending the call. He decided to keep the news to himself for the time being as he didn't want to spoil Jungkook and Taehyung's special day. He will take care of the matters himself after the reception.
