A lot has changed in the years since my arrival in this fictional world. First I was reborn as a dragon that only existed in fiction and the transport into another world and doing questionable things and dealing with a vice in my head. But even I couldn't imagine just how crazy it would get.

"Father!" A child like voice interrupts my thoughts.

*Father, mother wake up! I'm hungry!"

*Sigh* damn kids.

Uncurling from the warmth of my mate I raise my head to see three small child dragons off to the side on one of the piles of Gold. My children are just like their mother either always hungry or in the mood for a fight. God I hope they mellow out when their older.

Aura!

Fafnir!

Dread!

"Children I'm up I'm up!" I bellow out as my children begin flying around my head and screening in my ear. All my children suddenly stop and land in one of the piles of gold The little ones are so hissy that it was adorable, they are not even the size of my claws but act like they can take on the world. Not that I ever want them to face what's coming. No father should see his children die especially for fools of the seven kingdoms.

"Mhm, hungry spawn need food, I will hunt." Cannibal yawns and nuzzles in my neck for a moment before she move to the cave entrance I had to further dig out to fit us both. The children are picky eaters they don't like fish or humans but they love sheep but since none are close both me and cannibal have to fly far for it. When neither of us are in the mood to do so the kids are growled into submission to eat fish much to their dismay.

I guess the new attitude could be attributed to children experiencing dragon puberty. No longer a tiny newborns, they went from an adorable shadow that followed both him and cannibal around to  huffy snappy teenage dragons who flies off at random times.

Seriously don't they understand that their not the biggest dragon out there, they could mess with the wrong creature and suddenly their someone's dinner.

Cannibal while a protective mother also seems to be counting down the days until the kids need to find their own den and leaves her and him alone. Personally I hate that my kids are growing so fast. I didn't get the chance to have kids in my previous life and now being a father in this world full of danger both human and not nearly gives me a heart attack just thinking about it.

"Father, father play play."  My little lucky coin aura jumps up and down wanting to play.

Leaning down I give her a lick quickly making my other two son jealous of their sister. Wanting attention as well. It makes me chuckle at the sight.

...

Aemond snuck up towards the ruins of Casterly Rock making sure not to draw any attention of any unwanted animals. careful not to make much noise which would be near impossible if it was anyone but He heard a branch snap from beneath his feet. Making him jump a bit. Especially in the dead of night.

"I can do this." Aemond says to himself he's already come this far. By first sneaking out using the secret tunnels In the red keep. Then making his way to the docks and bribe the captain to take him to the ruins of Lannisport and wait for him. The captain agreed to only wait until sunrise then would leave with or without him.

The ruins of the once thriving city wasn't what unsettles him it's the piles of bones and marks of dragon fire. After loosing their home and the king refuse to aid the Lannisters in retaking it. The lannisters hired hundreds of sell swords and other individuals armed with scorpions and other equipment to kill the golden dread. They have done this five times and every time it ends in failure and now no one sell swords of otherwise refuse to take the Lannisters money anymore to retake their home. The dread was just to powerful.

"A power that I could wield."

Aemond knows the entrance to the inner castle in blocked by rubble as reported by the survivors of the campaigns. But he also knows about the secret entrances of the the sewer system of that lead everywhere in the castle. After using a small boat aemond used the opening as entrance into the fortress. After many twist and turns he found himself coming up from a entrance in the floor. The stale air made him cough.

But after pulling himself up covered in muck and other substances. He walked down the hallways passing portrait of proud Lannisters either tilted or on the floor. A few skeletons lay on the ground as well some still in their armor probably killed by the falling stones from the ceiling. After making further way into the castle he finds what he's looking for. The entrance into the underground vaults and lair of the golden dread. Steeling himself aemond enters to claim his birthright.
