It's been a week since me and Demitria came up in the box and settling down was a lot easier said than done. I was now the keeper of builders which meant i was in charge of whoever was a builder which brought me a lot more confidence than it should of.

There was a lot of information to swallow and a lot of things to do since this place was just a a patch of grass and not much else other than a little kitchen and a place to sleep thats just lazily put up hammocks on large planks erupting from the grass. It was my job to make it liveable so that's what i've done. Half of a new kitchen has been formed already with help from Lorenzo and Andrew which i was grateful for because it was a whole lot of work for just 1 person. Demitria however i could tell was struggling. She was the only girl in here and had no idea how to do her job. Demitria normally stuck with me or Newt and occasionally Alby if she wanted to just be in comfortable silence.

"Hey Gally, can i help?" Demitria asked sitting next to me with a sigh holding her hammer up to me. I knew she wanted to help and do something but she didn't know how. I wanted to be mad at her for not doing her job and leaving it up to me and the boys but something inside me wouldn't let me.

"Sure." She nodded staring at the piece of wood with a nail lazily sticking out waiting to be pushed further into the wood. Pushing herself up on her knees, she examined the plank and held it in place starting to push the nail into the wood. Once it was in she smiled to herself widely proud of her work even if it was something so small. "Great, that looks great. Now can you put that one just above it to create a door frame?" Her smile turned into a nervous one nodding hesitantly at me finding the next piece. I watched as she attempted to hold the wood in place and secure it but she failed when the other side coming down to hit her on the side of her head.

"I give up, i can't build." She sighed throwing the hammer to the floor about to walk off when i grabbed her hand tugging her back to me.Her eyes widened in surprise when i put the hammer back in her hands gesturing her back to half done door frame. "Come on i'll teach you." Moving towards my table, i picked up another piece of wood so she can attach a different part instead.

"So, if you stand there and place it there with your hand in the middle you'll get a much better grip and more control." She nodded letting me move her around for better accessibility. Once she was in the right position my hand fell on top of hers holding the hammer aswell. "Now, i'm going to hold the nail and together we're going to secure it. Alright?" Demitria nodded taking a deep breath letting me guide our hands to the nail putting it in place.

"There you go!Think you got it?" She shrugged weakly grabbing another nail from the pot and putting it on the other side holding the middle in place. Taking another deep breath, she wacked it in a few times, the nail now being perfectly submerged in the wood. I smiled to myself watching her slowly get the hang of it,her body language suddenly changing when she knew she had it.

Leaving her alone to do her part,i started on the door frame and the other side of the building while Lorenzo and Andrew came over to help us after there brake. We got it done pretty fast only needing to do the inside with all the tools and stuff which again didn't take long now we had the full team. Demitria did all the little stuff like build a counter and benches to go outside of it as a eating area. She looked happy while doing it.

It was getting a bit later and we had finished the kitchen the sink and pipes already connected by whoever put us here aswell as the bathrooms which i silently thanked them for. The boys had gone to make some new directions for other projects already as i finished up little touches not feeling like starting anything else today.

"I did it!" Demitria sang jumping up and down at her success. A smile creeped up on my lips hearing her voice and excitement and i could tell why. "You did really good." I praised walking out the new hut and onto the grass. She followed behind me dropping off her hammer and nails she carried with her plopping onto a chair rummaging through some of the drawers.
