The Move

Dallas

(hayes and em are 14, going to turn 15)

I wake up to Hayes kissing me I smile and kiss him back. "Goodmorning beautiful!" he says as I say "Goodmorning handsome!" I look around and see that it's just us in the room and roll over to face Hayes as he leans in to kiss me again. I kiss him back as he sits up and grabs my waist, lifting me on top of his lap. I wrap my legs around him and wrap my arms around his neck. He slides his hands from my wait down to my butt as I run my fingers through his hair and he grunts. We keep making out for a few minutes before both pulling away smiling and gasping for air.

"Tomorrow is your birthdayyyy" I sing to hayes as I sit next to him and he smiles at me. Then Nash walks in and tells us goodmorning as we say goodmorning back. "We are gonna be leaving for the airport in about an hour" he says as Cam walks in with mcdonald's breakfast. I clap as Cam hands Hayes and I the bag as they all laugh.

After eating I hurry and find an outfit for today. I pick out a white cropped fitted shirt with some dark gray cloth shorts. I head to the bathroom and change after brushing my teeth and my hair. I throw my hair in a messy high ponytail and walk out to my suitcase to find my converse. Hayes goes into the bathroom and gets ready as I finish packing my suitcase with last minute things. Hayes comes out wearing black athletic shorts with a light gray shirt and his black vans.

We grab our suitcases and head down to the lobby to see everyone else waiting for the van to get pulled up. Once it's pulled up we load our suitcases in and hop in and start heading to the airport. I sit next to Hayes with Matt on the other side of him. I turn sideways and put my legs over Hayes and my feet on Matt as Matt gives me a "bish what" face and I laugh. I take a quick selfie of us 3 and caption in "coming for you Dallas Tx😝" then post it on snapchat. After about 30 minutes we get to the airport and unload our luggage and walk in to get checked in for our flight.

Our flight number gets called and we board the plane. I'm sitting in between Hayes and Cam and smile. When the plane starts to take off I grab Cams hand as he smiles at me and squeezes my hand. Hayes shares his airpods with me as he shuffles his music. Cam takes a selfie of us as he's sticking his tongue out, I cross my eyes doing a duck face, and hayes makes a 😲 face, Cam captions it "on our way to Dallasssss❤️". About an hour later the plane lands in Dallas and we all get off and head towards baggage claim to get our luggage.

We all find our luggage and head to the van that's already pulled up for us as we all load our bags in. We all hop in and head to the hotel which is only about 15 minutes away. Once we get there we check in and go to our rooms. It's me and hayes in one room, Cam and nash, Jack and Jack, Matt and Tay, and Aaron and Carter. Hayes smiles at me as we go to our room and whispers "I'm so glad we are getting a room to ourselves, no offense to our brothers!" I smile back and agree as we start unpacking some stuff.

After about 30 minutes I say "I really want to go to the mall or something because I need to get a few things for your birthday!" He smiles and agrees he wanted to go to the mall as well. I already have a pair of Vans for him but I want to try and get him at least a shirt to go with it. We go and knock on Cam and Nash's door as they let us in. "Are yall down to go to the mall, I need to do some last minute birthday shopping for him" I say laughing and pointing at Hayes. We realize everyone is in their room and they all agree so we head to the van to go to the mall.

Once we get there I get Cam to come with me so he can help me pick out stuff for Hayes. "So I know he really likes Polo shirts" Cam tells me as we walk by the Ralph Lauren store. I drag him in there and pick out a red and blue polo and Cam nods telling me he will love it. I go to checkout and we go into the Champions store. I look around before finding some gray sweatpants. "He already has a pair of these but literally the other night he got a stain in them and he was so upset" I say laughing as Cam tells me I should get them for Hayes. We go to checkout as I say that should be good because I don't want to spend too much money.

Hayes POV
I decide I should shop for Em's birthday since it's only a week after mine. Nash and I walk around before I see a Kendra Scott store. I drag nash in there with me and find an emerald necklace, I smile as I tell nash "It's emerald meaning May and that's the month Em and I met!" He smiles as he says "Awww hayesie getting all mushy gushy on me." I roll my eyes and laugh as I head to checkout.

We continue to walk until we pass Altard State and I see this dress that I know Em would love and she would look beautiful in. It's a simple black dress with a white bow on the back I smile at Nash as he says I should get it. I head to the checkout and we walk around for a little bit more before Nash says "Look there's bath and body works we all know she loves that store" and we both laugh before walking in. I go and choose between a few sprays before deciding on In the Stars. We head to the checkout and go to find everyone as we see them at the food court.

Em's POV
I smile as I see Hayes and Nash walking towards us and they sit with us. We all finish eating before deciding to go back to the hotel. Once we get back I go and put all of Hayes's presents in a gift bag and tape it so he can't see it until tomorrow.

"We should have a movie night!" Hayes says excitedly as I nod and agree. "I'm gonna take a quick shower first" I tell him as I grab some sweatpants and a t shirt. I hop in the shower and wash my body and hair really quick before drying off. I change into my clothes and brush through my hair before walking out to lay down with Hayes. I smile as I see he just popped some popcorn and is picking out a movie.

I lay next to him under the blanket as he starts the movie and I snuggle into him. He wraps his arms around me and kisses my head. Halfway into the movie I yawn and look over as Hayes looks sleepy. I throw the popcorn bag away and cuddle with him as he says "Goodnight beautiful, sleep good." I smile and give him a quick kiss before drifting off to sleep.
