This chapter can be a bit confusing since it has four different timelines. The first scenerio is when Taehyung sneaked into Jungkook's room to take out every device, like camera, microphones and all. The second one is the flashbacks of when they were together. The third one is when Mr. Jeon went to meet up with Taehyung after the few days of returning to the city, a couple days after the timeline of chapter 6. And last one is from the present.

The usual schedule of the day remained illogical, no matter how much Taehyung searched for an answer, he couldn't find a valid reason behind it. Why was he leading a normal life? Why was he following the same routine each day? He couldn't understand.

He'd wake up alone in his bedroom, there's no one sleeping next time, no one would rest their hands or legs on his body recklessly, no one would cling onto him whenever he was about to leave for class. He would only cook breakfast for him, sit on the chair for a while, he'd only stare at the chair in front of him silently.

He couldn't gulp down any food, he couldn't hold his chopsticks properly, as if he was never taught to hold one since the very beginning. He couldn't manage to take a sip of water either, as if he was forbidden to eat anything in the house. His body refused to digest anything.

The sole reason behind him choosing teaching as his profession was Jungkook, he wanted to occupy every aspect of his life, he wanted to control every part of him, watch him from wherever he'd go. There shouldn't be any place for Jungkook where he could hide from him.

Taehyung should always have the privilege to watch whatever Jungkook was doing whenever.

But now, there was no one to watch. It wasn't making sense anymore, whatever he was doing with his life held no valid reason. Yet he kept on going, he kept on doing he didn't like, he kept on following one routine, one strict schedule.

Taehyung would sometimes wonder whether he was really a bad person. Was he really so bad that Jungkook felt guilty for loving him? He was curious. He never cared about how his nature was until now, how everyone looked at him, what others thought about him.

It was never in his concern, not even for a second.

But many things changed from the moment Jungkook had stepped into his life. That day when he stumbled into him, the moment Taehyung's eyes fell on him, the moment his ears heard his hypnotizing voice. Taehyung was losing himself since that very moment, he was just a fool to not realize any of it any time sooner.

He couldn't see it coming, he never expected he'd lost to a normal boy, who barely held the proper idea of the world. Maybe that's why he was so carefree around him.

That boy never cared about the law of nature, never thought about the world. He was living in his own world he created for himself, he created his own law and he never violated those.

Jungkook was free like a bird and Taehyung was dying to capture him, lock him in his own territory, mark his emancipation as his dictatorship. But he ended up surrendering his own freedom to that boy, he ended up becoming a slave for his warmth, for his love.

Even though this was never in Taehyung's expectations, this was bound to happen. Since the very beginning, his life belonged to Jungkook. He was bound to be captured by that boy, it never mattered when the incident happened.

Even now he was acting however Jungkook was signaling him. He was patiently waiting for him, he'd always be standing by the door, living in the dark, having no idea what Jungkook will do with his life. Yet he wouldn't defend himself, Jungkook was his owner, only that boy had the right to do anything with his life.

Taehyung's motionless eyes stared at the devices he placed on the desk, these cameras always helped him to keep an eye on Jungkook, always watching him. There was a time when he received excitement from doing such a thing, he enjoyed every moment of terrifying the boy with his unavoidable presence.
