7. Not Friends

I started writing in my journal,

So, guess what? Natsu and I had sex! It was pleasant and so steamy! But, now he's acting like I don't exist and is being rude! I have no idea what I'm feeling right now. I feel so lost and confused, I also feel hurt. Is that right feeling?

All I wanted was to be his DLS but now I'm feeling lost about that. Do I like him?

I looked at the poster and rolled my eyes. I can't like him, he's popular and I'm not. I CANNOT fall in love with that playboy!

I'm just going to stick around and be his dirty little secret!!

I finished writing and grabbed my book-bag, walking out of the house.

7:30 AM

"Hey." Lisanna slammed Lucy's locker once again. "What do you want, Lisanna?" Lucy asks, and Lisanna rolls her eyes. "Are you dating Natsu?" Lucy looks at her with a dead-straight face. "Why? You jealous?" Lisanna shakes her head, "No, but be careful with him. He will be so in love with you and suddenly so distant! I hated it when I was with him."

Lucy raises a brow, "I'll keep that in mind."

"Also, I'm not suing you anymore."

"Why?" Lucy asks, Lisanna looks at her with caring eyes. "Listen don't take this the wrong way but you are still my friend. I don't burn bridges which is why I would never leave you alone."

"So you bullied me?" She asks, Lisanna rolls her eyes. "I still care about you. Just because I might be mean, doesn't mean I don't care." Lucy smiles at her, "Awee is my friend, Lisanna, back?"

Lisanna flips her off and Lucy smiles at her. "You're my friend too, Lisanna."

Lisanna widens her eyes.

Lucy walks into the cafeteria, Natsu is sitting with Gray, and not sitting in his position at her table. "Hey Lucy!" Erza yells, I jump and look at the red-head. "Hey Erza." Erza is sitting at the student council table with the rest of the staff. "Sit with us!" Levy yells. Lucy smiles and sits next to Levy and Erza. "Hey girl!" Levy grins widely. "Student council is talking about homecoming and themes for it." Erza speaks, "What if we do a masquerade theme?" Lucy suggests. Erza and Levy look at Lucy and gasp. "Now that's the best idea!" They say together.

"When's homecoming?" Lucy questions. "Next Saturday." Erza answers, Levy smirks. "Let's find dresses together!"

They exchange numbers and talk amongst themselves.

3:30 PM

Lucy is standing at her locker and Natsu walks by. "Hey, pizza delivery boy." She smiles. He rolls his eyes and walks past her. Rude! Is he ignoring me?

UGH!

I slammed myself into the bed, "Piece of shit of a man!" I stood in front of the poster and ripped it off, throwing it into the trash can. "I officially hate him!" Wait, but if I hate him then I love him, so what am I feeling?

UGH!

Fucking fuckafuck!

A knock at the door can be heard, "Lucy! Get the door!" My dad yelled at me from the couch. "Ugh!" I walked to the front door and opened it. Natsu Dragneel stood in front of me. "What do you want?!"

Natsu widened his eyes, "Are you alone?"

"No."

"Can we y'know?" he winks at me, which pisses me off even more. "NO!"

"Calm down, Luce." Natsu sounds condescending. "Do not call me a nickname!" I waved my pointer finger at him. "You have no right!...Y'know Lisanna was right about you. You act like we're friends and you love me but then you act completely different and distant! And right after we had sex?! And it was my first time!"

Lucy's dad stands behind her, "You had sex with the pizza delivery boy?!" He yells, I slap my face and drag my hand down it. "Just go away, Natsu."

I shut the door in his face.

"What was that about?!" My father yells, "I don't care anymore. He was a fling, father." Dad looks at me with confusion, "What in the hell is a 'fling'?" I roll my eyes, "I'm going to bed."
