What If I was in Futuramous, A Virtual Reality RPG?
Chapter 13: The last match of the first round

Hearing Kayla jump out of her chair about to leave and rush to Crystal's aid, both Star and I asked, "do you want me to come?"
Turning briefly around to face us, she said, "no. most likely she will be rushed to the Futuramous medical center and both of you still have your match."
Nodding our head as she ran down the steel stairs, both Star and I turned our heads to look at each other and though I couldn't see her. However, I could feel concern radiating off of her body language.
"Do you think that Crystal will make it before her HP hits 0?" Star asks while glancing back at the stage where the platform was changing back to its default layout while Timmy's body was disappearing leaving his lute behind. Watching the paramedics rushing in with a stretcher, she glanced back up at me waiting expectantly.
"She's a strong woman. Just because she is petite but just like earlier, she is a little firecracker and with 100% guarantee, she's too stubborn to die either in a video game or real life." Feeling a little grin of relief, I asked her, "why are you hanging with us anyway? Did Crystal apologize to you?"
"Well... um... Yes. However, I was listening to Kayla's conversation when Lewis and his friends started surrounding her and talking very nasty things to her."
"Meaning they wanted her body or her mouth, correct?" I felt exhausted hearing the same story over and over again.
"You're used to it?" Star quirked an eyebrow.
"She would always tell me. She's like the eye candy of every man's desire." I shook my head in irritation.
"What is the story between both of you? When Kayla went to help you to the chair at the assembly hall, both of you looked pained at each other."
"No, no, no." I waved my finger at her while I chuckled knowing that she was trying to change the conversation. "You didn't tell me everything. If that wasn't a change of conversation, then I don't know what was."
Feinting exasperation, she said, "you're a consistent one, aren't you?" She also chuckled knowing that she had been caught while deep inside she thought to herself, __at least he is perceptive. __ A slight blush painted her cheeks and before she even knew what she was thinking, a sudden thought of Carry protruded into her mind which made her feel ashamed of thinking of another man who she didn't even know especially when she has Thomas, but just the thought of him didn't really give her the butterflies like it used to. Remembering that I asked her a question,, her cheeks quickly turned red even more then said trying to seem like she was just thinking of an answer when it wasn't too far off from the real truth except, her thoughts was on me briefly, but clearing her mind, she says, "after talking with Kayla, I walked over to the other side of the building to go find Crystal myself because I knew that she wasn't angry at me and so, as I made it to the back, Crystal found me first and from there, she just told me that she was sorry for being a bitch and that she was appreciative that I was able to help you out even though I knew that you really didn't need it, but you know. When you do not have many friends and just like Kayla when you have the wrong crowd of students liking you for the wrong reasonings, it's tough to know who is real or not, you know what I mean?"
Taking a pause to gather herself together, seeing the medics rush Crystal on a stretcher with Kayla right behind her with the crowd seeing her too then chants of, "Princess Dragon Queen." And even chants of Crystal's nickname of, "let's go Thunder Cat!" Then when we heard the chant, we both chuckled to their silly nicknames.
