"By the way thanks for coming, you too Star. thought you guys were supposed to be out with your friends tonight?" Amanda looked at her daughter. "Yeah uh Yas and Moon haven't been returning my texts" "They're at some lame concert" Star shrugged.
"Yeah we were all supposed to go together and I saw this" Sam pulled out her phone. "Suck it bitches" The voice rang from the phone making Star roll her eyes. "Yeah...I think it's better you two aren't there" Amanda stared at the phone
"Anyways we're always happy to have you and Sta- Anthony! Stop drinking the butter" Amanda scolded. "I'm gonna go get your father" The woman walked away leaving Star and Sam at the buffet table.
"So where were you last night? I called you like five times and your location showed that you were in Reseda?" Sam turned to her best friend. "I was at a friends house but before that we were at golf n stuff" "And who is this friend I may ask" Sam smirked.
"Miguel. He's in our science class" Star noticed the slight change and Sam's look but ignored it. "So what's your dad doing" Star changed the subject by turning it on Daniel and Armand. "Yeah I'm not sure about that" she laughed leading her and her friend to their table.
