Jimin pov

It was sad that our first break was over, and I was already back at school. But i had forgotten for a second that jungkook, and I now shared a room together, but with the lawsuit going on, we've been so busy. Jungkooks' father obviously didn't take the news well and tried to sue us for fraud. The whole had me stressed that no college student should have to explain how they were recorded having sex when they were in high school. I sighed as I started to rub my eyes and head from the frustration of being in that court house. I sat outside the room, trying to calm the awful headache I had as I felt someone start to rub my arm.

"Hey chimmy, how are you doing?" Tears started to fall as I hugged him

"Jin-Hyung," I cried as he rubbed my back, holding me

"I know, sweetheart. I hate this situation, too, but you have to fight for yourself. You can't let jungkooks father win." Jin said as I nodded

"I know, but I'm tired." I said as I wipped my tears, trying to calm down

"Well, we have the rest of the day to hang out. we can go eat if you want," jin said as I sighed

"Yea, but we have to be back here next month, and it's just a pain," i said as jin sighed, rubbing my back as we heard doors opening revealing jin and namjoon

"Kook!" I said as I ran and hugged him. He hugged me tight as he sighed, kissing my head.

"I'm sorry about all this chim...why don't we head home, yea?" He said as I  shook my head.

"I want to go to jin and namjoons cafe. I haven't seen them in a while, and I missed them," I said as jungkook smiled saying okay making his way to the car. "

*at the cafe*

Seeing jungkooks face changed from stress to calm was very comforting to me. I loved seeing his calm smile as he talked to namjoon about who knows what. I turned my gaze back to jin as he showed me a picture of a cute kid.

"Aw, who's this little baby?" I said as I grabbed jins phone

"His name is Yohan he's 2 years old he was born in jeju." He said as I gave a surprised sigh

"Wow, I love jeju Island. I haven't been there in a while. jungkook and I were planning to go. Do you have family there is yohan family?" I asked as jin shook his head.

"No, well, i hope yohan will be my family, but he's actually an orphan namjoon, and I want to adopt." He said as I smiled wide

"Really??" I asked as he nodded

"Yea, we've been thinking about it for a while, and when we went to jeju a month ago, there was an orphanage we decided to go into, and we met yohan. He has a dimple just like namjoon, and he looks a bit like me. We decided to adopt him, were just getting the paperwork done, and waiting for a yes or no." He said as I smiled and hugged him

"Im so happy for you, jin. I think you guys will be amazing parents. I hope jungkook and I can get that feeling soon, too. Right now, there's too much going on for us to do that, " I said as jin smiled

"Well, namjoon and I were impatient and wanted a kid ASAP, but if you're interested, my cousin jieun works in a surrogate company they can get you guys one when you're ready " jin said as I smiled, hugging him again

"Thank you, and we will definitely think about it once this whole issue is over," i said as jin nodded

* Time skip to month two in court*

"I call jimin to the stand." The lawyer said as I walked up, feeling my legs shake as I felt everyone's eyes on me. I'd did the pledge of honesty as I sat down my hands shaking in my lap as the lawyer stared at me she was a female with this fierce look on her.
