Ya Rabb, I seek forgiveness
For the weakness in my heart,
For the times I lost my patience,
And let this world tear me apart.I strive to rise, to be better,
Yet I falter and fall back down,
Without a hand to lift me,
But Yours, unseen, all around.I’m in need of Your compassion,
Of Your mercy vast and wide,
Please don’t turn away, O Allah,
From this servant who has cried. For I am weak, and You are strong,
My refuge when I am lost,
In Your grace, I place my trust,
No matter what the cost.
