"Where are we going?" Grayson asks leading me to his car "I.. what do you mean?" I ask confused "you said you had things to do, so where are we going?" He asks again "I can just walk, I'm sure you've got other things" "you're not fucking walking" Grayson cuts me off.

"Now we're gonna go get breakfast and you can tell me what's on the agenda for today" he finishes opening the door for me staring me down as if he's waiting for me to challenge him sighing I climb in the car not wanting to anger him as he already seems testy this morning.

This is not what I had in mind for today, I pictured a nice relaxing day by myself fully enjoying my first taste of freedom but as luck would have it I'm stuck with Mr. Intimidating, just great I sigh looking out the window as we drive in silence.

A couple of minutes later we pull up to Ruby's there's quite a few people here "great" I grumble as Grayson gets out of the car and makes his way to my door opening it before I've mustered up the courage to get out and face the day. Grayson reaches his hand out but I ignore it getting out of the car and stuffing my hands in my hands in my pockets walking ahead of him.

Of course he closes the distance in no time and I can feel his presence right behind me as we reach the door. He holds it open for me to which I mumble a quick thank you as I hurry inside but stop when the whole place goes silent and stares at us. Grayson follows me in and places his hands on my hips "over there baby" he directs me nodding his head towards the back completely ignoring the fact that the whole diner has stopped.

"People are staring" I panic whisper slightly backing into him but as soon as the words are out of my mouth everyone suddenly goes back to normal "no one's staring baby" he assures me gently nudging me forward. Sneaking glances at every table we pass I find out that Grayson is right aside from a few gaping girls absolutely no one is looking at us, in fact they are looking anywhere but at us.

"You're sitting with me" Gabby states as we make it to the table but I pause and slightly back into Grayson again when I see all the people sitting with her and Colton. That's a lot of people and all the girls are looking at me with pure hatred especially the girl from the rugby game, if looks could kill I'd be a goner. "No she's not" Grayson answers for me taking the last available seat and pulling me on to his lap causing the girls to glare harder and all the guys to stare in amazement just great! More attention.

I try to move but of course Grayson has other plans as he firmly wraps his arm around my waist and moves his mouth to my ear "relax baby" he whispers. Relax, how does he expect me to relax when I'm sitting on his lap and everyone at the table is staring. I want to say something but the fact that all eyes are on us is enough to keep me from talking so I just stare at the floor hoping that they'll all forget about me if I don't make eye contact.

I doesn't work. I feel the panic attack coming but there's nothing I can do, by now I've learned Grayson won't let me go and it's not like I'm gonna say anything so I close my eyes and hold on to his arm for dear life praying I don't break down in front of everyone until I feel a kiss on my neck. Just like the one last night it makes me melt into him washing some of the panic away Grayson does it again this time running his nose up my neck and to my ear placing a third kiss just below my ear washing all my panic away I lean into him more relaxing for the first time since we got here.

"Open your eyes baby" he whispers but I shake my head no "I promise no is looking at you" he assures but still I refuse "they're gonna be staring at us thinking we're doing something over here if you don't open your eyes" he warns and my eyes fly open not wanting that. Grayson chuckles at how fast I open my eyes and kisses my cheek "that's my girl" he grins as I blush at his words.

"What do you want to eat?" He asks nodding towards the menu he's holding up I don't say anything, I just enjoy the privacy the menu is providing us "baby I can't read your mind, you have to tell me what you want" he reminds me "and don't say you're not hungry, the only thing you ate yesterday was some junk food" he adds disapprovingly.
