Daou POV
"Your little love confession made the school's Facebook page," Tam said as he sat down next to Daou in their environment class.
"Yeah, the hell was that all about?" Frank asked. Daou just smiled to himself as he felt his ears turning red.
"I just wanted to make things clear, that's all," Daou said quietly, leaning back in his chair.
"Yeah well you made them crystal clear to everyone in the school you are now dating the finance department hottie," Tam laughed, as Daou watched him pull out his phone and hand it to him. On his phone was the finance department group page. Post after post was people crying over how Offroad was no longer single and that their star student had been stolen from them. Daou laughed as he scrolled down through them.
"Well at least it was made clear to B," Frank sighed. "He left that library pissed off last night,"
"Good," Daou said with a straight face as he handed Tam back his phone. This morning as he held Offroad in his arms before his alarm went off. It had finally clicked what Offroad had been saying. Daou knew what B was doing was upsetting him and Daou should have let B be mad. He shouldn't try to make him feel comfortable if that meant making Offroad uncomfortable. Offroad was right, Daou was a people pleaser. He didn't necessarily care what people thought about him but at the same time, he didn't want to ever unintentionally hurt someone. However, him being interested in a relationship with Offroad should have not caused B to act the way he did and Daou should have been more stern with the boy.
Daou didn't know what time they had finally stopped last night but he could feel the soreness in his hips. He felt thirsty and hungry, his head was spinning. He couldn't believe he had used the words 'I love you' they had just slipped out. Daou at Offroad's request ended up saying it over and over again throughout the night. Daous cock began to twitch as he thought about how every time he slid deep into Offroad the boy would whimper and demand he say it followed up by calling him a good boy.
"So are y'all just a thing until you graduate then?" Tam asked.
"What?" Daou asked, his chair slamming back onto the ground.
"Bro," Frank sighed, shaking his head.
"It's a valid fucking question!" Tam shouted, defending himself. "Graduation is literally in like 4 months," Tam said, reminding them. "Daou has been saying since we were freshmen how he wants to travel and explore the world,"
"I can still do that," Daou scoffed.
"How when your little boyfriend has 2 years left of school?" Tam asked.
"Yeah, because let me pull the money to travel all over the damn world out of my ass," Daou said, rolling his eyes.
"So work until what? He gets out of college? Do you know what his plans are for the future?"
"No but we can make it work, I love him," Daou said, admitting his feelings.
"Dude please don't tell me you told him that," Frank groaned. "It's only been what? A week?"
"Yeah, and besides that, y'all barely know each other and you've had like 15 fights," Tam added.
"1 day or 100 years, I've never felt like this about anyone," Daou said looking in between his friends. "Thinking about not being able to hear his voice, or see him smile, or may god even smell the boy has me not being able to breathe. It hurts to think about."
"Okay chillax, man," Frank said.
"Don't tell me to chillax," Daou growled. "It feels like every time I turn around with him someone or something is popping up. Can I please just enjoy my boyfriend before the universe tries to ruin it?" Daou watched as his friends exchanged looks and it annoyed him even more so he was thankful when the teacher called for their attention.
