Austria at this time of year is gorgeous. It's warm, comfy and God, I just love Europe.

The castle experience was surreal. My room was in this tower in the countryside, Max next door with Kelly, and I spent the morning with P while her parents went to a brief this morning. Well, and since I couldn't run after her, I might have locked us in my room.

I've only been out of hospital for a couple of days, and I'm still supposed to be in a wheelchair. But, who cares? I'm a high-performance athlete, I need to keep my arms going. Crutches suck, but I don't have another choice.

After sending a message to my manager, P and I hopped into one of the RedBull rental vans.

She's buzzing in her seat, in a pink top I bought her and some pretty denim shorts.

The sunshine makes her hair almost golden, like Max's, even if they aren't related, I still see him in her a lot.

When we arrived at the track, I see that Practice is roughly three hours away.

In a few minutes, I have a RedBull interview with Max with some voice recordings by kids with questions for us. Well, that's what Max said over the phone this morning, at least. And in between 1 and 2, I have an interview with GQ- which involves a gorgeous wardrobe change, as I am in a RedBull polo and a navy skort. I can't even wear maxi dresses or long skirts because of the moon boot!

This is blasphemy.

"Aly! Aly!" P cried, getting my crutches for me.

I step out into the sun, watching over her little frame scoot through the cameras like a natural. My manager holds my backpack for me as we get to the Paddock entrance. "Yeah, girl?"

"Am I invited to your birthday?"

Surely, she'd come to my dinner, if Kelly would let her out of school. "Yes, of course you are! I'm having a dinner with my family and close friends back at my house. You're invited to that, with Maxy and your Mum."

"Am I invited to your party?"

"You might be too young, P, but we can have so much fun at dinner!" I could picture us playing Mario kart like we normally do in my place's living room, because Penelope always begs me to play with her since I'm the youngest.

"Oooooh! What's for dinner?"

"I'm not sure yet." I smile, as she helps me to scan my pass, and the security guard pushes the lever for me. "Do you have any suggestions, hun?"
