Dipper hopped out of his car (His parent's old, red sedan) once he arrived at the Mystery Shack. He took a few minutes to think, "Are they different?", "What if they don't want me?". After a few minutes of contemplating what to do, he finally shrugged his worries off, and just walked in not knowing what to expect. He walked in without warning, just then realizing he never called ahead.
As soon as the bell rang, a slim, redhead girl with some winter hat on flatly said "Welcome to the Mystery Shack, prepare to be amazed.", not even looking up from her magazine.
Dipper then silently tip-toed right in front of the counter, crouching so she didn't notice him, he teased "Thanks for the warm welcome, Wend!"
Wendy looked at him with a confused look before looking at him and said, clearly annoyed "What do you wa..." She had just then realized the blue, white hat with a small tree on the front. She recognized the dimples, and then she looked up and saw a small piece of what looked like a birthmark representing a constellation on his forehead... Wendy screamed with joy at the sight of her lost friend, "Oh my God, DIPPER!?"
He smirked at her response of seeing him, then saying, "What, you miss me or something?" Then Wendy basically leaped onto Dipper, hugging tightly, like she never wanted to let go. Then after a few seconds she realized what she was doing, and quickly let go, leaving them both awkwardly blushing, and standing with a very surprised look on both their faces.
Wendy then playfully punched Dipper in the arm, "Dude, why didn't you tell me you were coming?"
"I forgot." Dipper replied sheepishly. Dipper then awkwardly asked, "So how's life?"
Wendy looked at him with a puzzled look on her face, flirting with him a bit saying, "I haven't seen you in 8 years, and that's ALL you want to say to me?" Ending with a wink.
Dipper's face turned red, nervously rubbing the back of his neck while starting at the floor before managing out a few stutters "Yea-uh-um-uhh..." He thought to himself, "First time you've seen her in 8 years and you still act 12!"
Wendy then asked with a puzzled look, "Where's Mabel?"
"Yeah, Mabel... she said she wanted to spend it with her college friends instead." Dipper replied with a hint of disappointment in his voice. "Hey I go into Oregon St College, so I can spend my summer's here again!" he said trying to lighten the mood.
"Sweet!" Wendy shouted a little too loud, making Dipper blush again. Wendy then made a devilish grin at Dipper, and yelled "Mr Pines, someone robbed us and took all the money!" They both heard him awake suddenly, and his heavy footsteps patter down the stairs.
"Where'd they go, was it you!?" Pointing his cane at Dipper. Then he thought, adjusting his glasses, "He looks like someone I knew long ago..." "Dipper!" He cried, giving Dipper a bear hug, squeezing a cough out of Dipper. "Oops, sorry!" He said, dropping him.
"Hey Grunkle Stan, surprised?" Dipper said, grinning from ear to ear.
"Dipper Pines, if I weren't so old, I'd yell at you right now." Stan said, with a small chuckle.

Well I made it longer than usual, sorry for the short chapters. I'll make Chapter 4 the longest one, as that's where the real stuff happens. Anyway, I hope you like it. I'll get started on 4 Asap! Btw I might start using a computer to type, as it takes super long to type on my phone...
