Aria's story

TW: Miscarriage, Domestic violence.

Aria was a happy child despite her growing up with 3 siblings. She was always known as the life of the party and always smiling. That was until she met Justin.

She met him at the age of 17, mind you he was 20.She didn't see anything wrong about Justin, she only saw his so called 'perfections'. That was until he snapped 2 years into their 'dream' relationship. Everything before the 'incident' was amazing, some even said they had the perfect love story.

Aria didn't know what to do about his sudden behaviour. She had already moved in to his apartment and sold hers. He promised it was a one time thing. He means it right? Sadly she believed him. She felt so deeply for him and felt as if she was nothing without him.

She told herself he loves her and just had a bad week. That he could never want to hurt her. Little did she know how wrong she was.

Eddie soon realised the changes in his twins behaviour. She went from her loud obnoxious self to a quiet and still unknown person. He didn't realise why his sister was having such major changes within herself.

Aria didn't realise her personality had made such a drastic change until Eddie sat her down and asked what was wrong.

Aria wanted so badly to tell her brother Justin's recent behaviour but she knew it would only make him worse. But she also loved him, as much as she knew she shouldn't, she did. She loved him with her whole heart.

A few months passed since Eddie had asked her what was wrong. And a few more beatings Aria received. She wanted to scream at the top of her lungs, she wanted to be in her mother's arms. But she knew telling would only make it worse.

Eddie's suspicions only grew stronger as the months passed. He knew something was wrong with his sister. He knew he had to do something before he deployed for his first tour with the military.

He once again sat down with Aria and asked her what was happening to attempt to put his worries to rest. The last thing he needs on his tour is more stress.

"What's happening with you Aria, you've been quiet and nothing like yourself these past couple of months?" Eddie questioned Aria.

Aria looked at Eddie as if he was asking for a million dollars. Her face dropped and her whole body went tense.

"How many times do I have to tell you Edmundo, I'm fine!" Aria angrily answered.

"No you aren't, you have been so distant. I miss you, I miss my baby sis"

Aria felt physically ill, she didn't like lying to her brother. The one person who has stuck by her side her whole life.

"Why do you care, you're going on a tour with the military. What happens in my life is none of your business."

Eddie was brought back. Aria has never snapped at him like that. He knew something was up and he didn't like it.

Eddie drew in a deep breath and rubbed his eyes with his hands. "I'm just looking out for you duck, I swear to god if it's Justin. I'll kill hi-"

"You don't get to call me that anymore, I'm done with you. Im done with this family!"
Aria screamed as she made a break for the door.

Eddie could feel his heart break in his chest. He had never in his 20 years old living heard his sister act like this. He knew it had something to do with Justin, he just couldn't prove it.
