Chapter 12

Vol 12.

Dahlia pov.-

Dinner was normal. Plates clanging everyone talking about how their day was. Every minute, the subject was changing, and I was just sitting quietly moving the food around on my plate

"Dahlia, you need to eat," Alessandro asked

I looked up at him to see him staring at me. I didn't want to get into another altercation with Alessandro, so I took a couple of bites, and that ended with me eating my whole plate. I didn't know how hungry I was

I looked up to see everyone staring at me in shock

I looked at them in confusion and self embarrassment that they watched me eat the whole time

"No, bambina, it's just we are glad to see that you ate your whole plate of food," Father spoke up

I shaped my mouth in O form

"I guess I felt hungry this time," I softly whispered

"You're eating that all it matters." Angelo said

I nodded my head and excused myself

But my father stopped me

"Since it's the break for the boys, our family will be coming in to visit us soon," he spoke

I went to nod my head, but I caught myself knowing they liked verbal answers

"Okay," I said

I went into my room and closed my door

I miss her

I checked the time on my phone to see it was 7:50 almost 8 o'clock

I jumped when I heard a knock on ty door

Vincent stuck his head in my room and gave me a smile which I gave in return

"Hey we are going to watch a movie in the movie room. Dad and Alessandro will join us when they are done. Would you like to join?" He asked

"Yeah sure" I said a little contentedly. I was never asked to be included into things family wise

It was nice enough for my brothers to invite me to watch a movie with them

I got up and followed Vincent into the family which had me out of breath because of my ribs

"Are you okay" Vincent asked me with a worried look

"Yeah I'm okay just cramps" I lied

He looked at me skeptical but I didn't want him asking me anymore questions so I went ahead and sat down

And that's when my brothers came in all together except for Papa and Alessandro

Angleo sat next to me as Vincent on the other side of him, the rest of the boys sat either on the floor or the bean bags

"Woukd you like to find a movie sorellina" Lucio asked

"How about beetle juice" I suggested

"Ou that's a really good movie bambina" Vincent voiced

Alessio and Rafael scoffed

What the fuck is their problem

I payed attention to the movie once it started and halfway through the movie Dad and Alessandro came in

Alessandro told Angelo to move over as he sat next to me and Dad sat on the other side of me like they really wanted to sit next to me

Throughout the movie I felt my eyes getting heavier and heavier

"Go to sleep il mio fiore" I heard Alessandro

I closed my eyes and the my body do the rest
