So spitting it into her drink would be a great idea. It's permanent, but because it's a Venom, it can be cured. Also, you could kill someone. It would just take a lot, unless they're old.
Eyes work like Kaa from Jungle book. As long as they aren't woken up, they are fine, but they have to look in your eyes so that's why it's not best. Still, 2nd place ain't bad.
