i find such peace. such renewal in the arms of the beloved, who cried his own blood over me, his temples bruised from humiliation. his face wet with mockery. his hair drenched in divine blood. his eyes held his creation with love, a precious jewel of their maker. his palms pierced at the very sight of humanity: a broken world looked at him as he looked at them back. they held their chest, as their words bled into the darkness that covered the cold of the afternoon sun, "how much more?" came a curdling cry from their mouth, "how much more of love can you suffer?" his mouth stretched & out came the hymns that shook the earth and the heavens: the earth quaked with its brittle bones that it tore the veil that seperated man from his divine creator.
"enough to give my life,"
& with such extraordinary divinity lost to nothing but shreds of inhumane cries in a human body, he breathed his last. for god so loved the world. for he so loved us,
"that he gave up his only
begotten son,"
