Tipson’s voice was firm. "You have to choose 'yes.' It’s the only option."

Steven took a deep breath, his body tense as he tried to get comfortable, slumping onto the sofa without regard for manners. He gave a reluctant nod.

"Tipson, what are you saying? Yes, I may not have a deep connection with him, but I can’t just send him to his death, even if I wanted to."

Tipson’s eyes were cold, his voice unwavering. "You can ask for help from Tomy. He’s a powerful mafia boss, and he’s rich. This is his mission—to kill Peter. He’ll have no choice but to help you. You don’t have much time. If Tomy exposes your whole history with the Devoxenal gang, you’ll be sentenced to death. If you manage to escape, your life will be a living hell. You’ll be disconnected from the world. These people you call ‘modern humans’? You won’t be one of them. You won’t eat well, won’t wear decent clothes, won’t have a career, nothing to protect you from the heat, the cold, or disease. You won’t even have a family. You’ll be alone, a ghost of what you once were. Right now, you’re a DIG officer—you’ve got a good job, a good family. Do you want to lose all that? Do you want to be cast into a world where survival is all you’ll have, when right now, you live in a world where you have everything? You can keep it all if you agree. Tell Tomy you’re on board, and maybe he’ll even give you more time to complete the mission. But your time is running out. Don’t waste it."

Steven swallowed hard, his voice barely above a whisper. "Alright. I agree. How can you help me?"

Tipson nodded. "First, you need to let Tomy know you’re in. Ask for his help. I’ll guide you through the rest once you’ve done that."

Steven rose to his feet. "Alright. I’m going to call Tomy."

"Good luck," Tipson said, watching as Steven headed out, phone in hand, making his way to the balcony.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tomy was enjoying a family gathering at the dinner table. He took a piece of cake and offered it to Mark, feeding him by hand. Lily walked over with a plate of tea and biscuits, a soft smile on her face.

"Tomy, you haven’t eaten anything yet. Please, take care of yourself."

Tomy smiled. "First, the son eats. Then, the father eats."

Lily chuckled, rolling her eyes. "Mark can use his own hands. He’s not disabled, you know. Now, start eating without all this hesitation."

"Alright, alright." Tomy laughed.
