Mayaan : Meet me tomorrow, I will let you know about my conditions , to get that property back.

Mayaan : Manali me kisise bhi puch lo , I am famous enough.
Ishqi : Mai kyu nahi jaanti , agar itne hi famous hai aap toh.
He didn't said anything further and left from there.
Ishqi : Fir meri baat ko aadha chhod ke chale Gaye? Mr. Mayaan kapoor , Ishqi se Pala pada hai aapka , jitni baar baat katoge , utni baar answer dene pe majboor kat dungi. But....meri jaan kaha hai? (She cried out dramatically) Noorrrrrrr kaha reh gayi ye ladki?
She grab the packet of chips.
Ishqi : Ye remote kaha rakh diya? Mil jaa , jab chahiye hota hai tab remote milta hi nahi.
Her eyes shined as soon as she found the remote. She jumped on sofa and turned on the TV.
Ishqi : Yaar ye Tarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashma ke new episodes mujhe nahi dekhna.
She started youtube on TV and watched the old episodes of TMKOC.
Time skips to the next day :
Ishqi got ready early in the morning, as she has to attend her college after meeting Mayaan.
She glanced at Noor, who was still sleeping.
Ishqi : IS kumbhkaran ki female version ko Sone deti hu , Varna hundred questions ki baarish kar degi mujhpe. Pehle us gun vale mafia le conditions kya hai vo dekh leti hu , fir Noor ko bataungi.
Saying this she quickly grab her purse and walked out of her house.
On road :
She was trying to find auto.
Ishqi : Wait ishqi , auto vale bhaiya ko address kya batayegi?? (Acting) bhaiya mayaan Kapoor ke vaha chhod do? Sounds ajeeb.
She called Devesh but he didn't picked up her call.
Ishqi : Ye phone me kya virus ghus gaya hai? Whenever I need Devesh , phone hi nahi uthata.
She searched about Mayaan on Google and found out about his company.
On the other side :
Mayaan just got free with his meetings , he was comfortably sitting on his chairs , scratching his jaw thinking about something.
Mayaan (Sighed) : huh...ishqi I was....
He got interrupted by Vihaan , who just walked inside his cabin.
Vihaan made himself comfortable on chair and raised his eyebrow looking at Mayaan.
Vihaan : kya soch rahe ho bhai?
Mayaan (coldly) : Tu yaha kya kar raha hai?
Vihaan : apne bhai ke paiso pe aish.
Mayaan : Ja yaha se.
Vihaan : Bade haramkhor ho yaar aap.
Mayaan : Haa hu , chal ab nikal.
Vihaan : Gussa mat karo , kisiko kadar nahi hai iss masoom balak ki.
He lowered his gaze dramatically and left from there.
As soon as Vihaan left , ishqi entered there.
Ishqi : hii.
Mayaan looked at her , then called someone.
Mayaan : Take sit , miss Ishqi.
Ishqi sat in front of him , when Devesh came there.
Ishqi looked at him.
Ishqi : Hii.
She greeted , to which he slightly smiled at her.
Ishqi then looked at Mayaan.
Mayaan : I have three conditions.
Ishqi : Wow itne options , itna discount kis Khushi me Mr. Kapoor?
Mayaan : Behave.
She flinched seeing his cold aura.
Ishqi (in mind) : Ye Devesh is khadus aadmi ke sath kaam kaise kar leta hai? Maine to jaan de deni hai rather than tolerating his anger.
Mayaan : Conditions one , Marry me and get your orphanage back.
She looked at him shockingly.
Ishqi : Are aap to serious ho Gaye. Maine bina soche samjhe bol diya tha voh. Nahi please delete this condition. Whitewash kar do apne dimag se.
Mayaan : Number 2 , that property is mine now. If you want it back , you have to purchase it with double amount.
Ishqi : What? How can you...
Mayaan : That's my property.
Ishqi : you are blackmailing me.

Ishqi : Rejected.

Mayaan : aaj raat , aaj raat tak first two conditions valid hai , if you want your property back. If not , then you will have to accept the third condition.
Ishqi looked at Devesh once.
Ishqi : Devesh you know na , what this orphanage means to me. Please inhe bolo ki aisa na kare.
Mayaan (smirked) : voh kya hi bolega? Jab usne khud tumhari puri information mujhe di Hai.
A tear dropped slipped down her cheek.
Ishqi : Devesh...
