Timothy and Lucy just got off work as an employee. They get home around the same time. Lucy who got home first decided to start dinner. Her roommate came home soon after. They ate in silence until Tim broke the silence by saying that he was thinking of joining the military. Lucy bursted into laughter she knew her bestie would not do that.
L: Tim u would not do that would u? You're not that stupid are u?
T: *quiet*
L: TIMOTHY u better not be joking
T: so what if im joking? I actually want to go fight and protect the country
L: NO WAY IM NOT LETTING U GO DIE
T: Lucy be reasonable. If I want to go let me go.
L: FUCK NO YOUR MY BESTIE AND I WONT LET U GO. YOUR ONLY 15
T: I mean I won't go till I'm 18.
L: still no
T: Lucy I know u care for me but you cant control me
L: we will talk more about it when your 18
T: fine
(Skip 2-3 years)
Timothy is now 18. He decides to bring up the topic again.
T: Lucy... can we talk about me going to the military???
L: UGHHHHHH..... I dreaded this coming!!!! WHY TIMOTHY ITS A FUCKING STUPID ASS IDEA!
T: So? Your not my mother or parent u can't decide what I want to do
L: I am not blaming my self for your death if u die so think about that.
T: Luce at this fucking point I don't care I want to make a difference in the world and help.

The discussion came to an end and Tim hurriedly ate and packed up to be shipped off to war and was starting his first tour. Before he left he wrote a note to Lucy hoping she would forgive him the next time they met up. Leaving a crying Lucy he didn't want to be late. He got a hotel near the airport for the next morning.
Tim's POV
Why did this turn into a big mess. Hopefully after my tours and I join the LAPD which has been my dream job ever since I was young I meet up with Lucy again since I know she also wanted to be in the LAPD as a detective. Hopefully she doesn't kill herself over this fight.
Lucy's POV
Ugh why did I lose the only person I feel safe with. I'm not good enough for anyone. Never mind that I better change the sheets in his room so I don't burst out crying every time I walk into his room. * goes into the room* why did we even fight??? What is this?
Dear Lucy,
Where do I even start? You have been the bestest friend and person that has ever been in my life. I'm sorry that we fought. Hopefully you don't kill yourself over me. I can't blame me tho. I wanted to be in the military ever since i was like 10. You can't control my destiny Lucy but I hope you have a great life over the next few years. I hope we can make up when I see you next time. You will never be forgotten by me. I know faith will put us together again after my military years. Knowing how much we both wanted to be in the LAPD together hopefully we will be reunited there in the future.

Timothy reached his destination for his first tour. He immediately went to lay down and rethink his life choices. He knew this was his path and he couldn't fix the past but he can change the future. He hoped Lucy was doing well.

Ugh 😩 I'm still crying over this stupid fight. Why?!?!?! Hope Tim is doing well. I guess I should move on with my life and not suffer.

Tim's pov
Wow! I'm on my third tour already I might leave after another few tours so I can finally join the LAPD. I met this wonderful women named Jessica Hull and she's my girlfriend as of right now. Hopefully Lucy is doing well I still keep thinking about her even now.
Lucy's pov
It has been so long without tim but I've finally moved on and now I'm dating someone named Andy Li. Life was going well with her but she prayed everyday hoping that Tim was safe and not injured.

Me and Jess broke up because during our break from tour I caught her cheating on me with one of my bunk mates. I couldn't believe 2 years of dating down the drain. I still hope everyday that Lucy was still ok and safe.
Lucy's POV
Guess I couldn't be apart of his life and I didn't have any meaning. Ofc he decide to cheat on me with a more sexy woman and never looked back. 🤮 this is why I hate dating people. They are stupid hoes. Still hoping that tim was safe and ok.
