Trigger warnings: mentions of eating disorder, throwing up.

This could be read as a part 2 to the last chapter if you'd like, but it also works on its own too.

TRAVIS POV:
Taylor has still been struggling with eating, especially eating things with more calories and carbs. She knew she needed to eat, but she continued to struggle.

This morning she refused to eat anything, and not much later, she threw up last nights dinner. She claimed it wasn't on purpose and that she must've caught a bug or some other sickness.

"Baby, you need to eat." I demanded, opening the fridge.

"I can't. I feel nauseous whenever I even smell food... I just can't do it Travis!" She yelled, tears welling in her eyes.

"Baby... your body needs food." I reminded her, she groaned.

"Do you wanna try going back to therapy? That helped you before, yeah?" I suggested. Although I did try my best to help her with her issues, I wasn't a trained professional and didn't always have the best advice for her.

"No!" She shouted, going back upstairs.

I left her be, maybe she would cool off in a little bit and I could try getting some food into her. She needed to eat.

-

After an hour or two passes and I still haven't seen Taylor, I figured I should probably go check on her, just in case.

I entered our bedroom, and then it hit me, she was completely unconscious.

It wasn't just a little nap, she must've passed out or something.

I quickly helped her into the car and drove quickly to the hospital, I hope she was okay, she needed to be.

I was starting to get even more worried as they rushed her into a small private rooms and ran some tests. I was scared.

"Tay, baby?" I said as I could hear her waking up from her sleep.

"Hm?" She mumbled, stretching her arms out with a little grunt.

"Where am I? What happened?" She began to ask about a million questions.

"You're at the hospital because you passed out after you stormed upstairs." I frowned, pressing my hand to her forehead to check for a fever.

We heard a quick knock on the door and then a nurse entered the room, holding the clip board in her hands.

"Hello Taylor, Travis." She smiled, logging to the computer.

"So Taylor, you are okay and should be fine, you are severely dehydrated and exhausted though, so getting some extra rest and eating more should help with that." She smiled.

Taylor nodded.

"Oh, don't worry, the baby is okay too" the nurse said.

Baby? What baby? Was Taylor pregnant? She never told me.

She looked at me, and was also clearly confused, she squinted her eyes at the computer screen, thinking the nurse might've read something wrong.

"Baby? I don't.. I'm not..." she mumbled, pointing at her stomach.

"Oh.. I'm sorry, did you not know you were pregnant?" She asked Taylor, she froze up.

"What? No! I can't be... i..." she stuttered, both of us were surprised.

"About 6 weeks along" she smiled back, adding it into Taylor's chart.

"I'll give you two some time, yeah?" She asked before she left the room to tend to another patient.

"Taylor, did you know you were pregnant?" I asked her, she shook her head.

"I didn't think I could get pregnant, really..." she mumbled, I was confused.

"Go on?" I said.

"After I slowed down my eating, I wasn't getting my period anymore, so I didn't think I could y'know have a baby?" She shrugged.

"Oh honey..." I sighed.

"It happened in 2014 too. My doctor told me in order to get pregnant my body needed to ovulate, and if I wasn't getting my period, that couldn't happen." She mumbled, avoiding eye contact with me.

"But I thought you were on birth control too, or...?" I asked, because to my knowledge she was, but now I'm afraid she must've stopped taking it but never told me.

"I... um, the side effects. Something I read said it might cause weight gain... I know, I know I should've at  told you at least... but..." she began to stutter.

"Tay, honey..." I sympathized. Part of me was shocked, and the other part of me was scared. I don't think either of us were ready for a baby.

"I'm really sorry." She mumbled, fidgeting with her hands in her lap.

"It's not all your fault. We'll get through this together, okay?" I reminded her, I didn't want her to feel like she was alone in this situation, I was not going to leave her.

"I can hardly eat enough food for myself, let alone myself and a baby!" She explained, holding her lower stomach.

I didn't respond, I didn't know how too.

"I want to recover. I want to get better, Travis." She said confidently, like she was 100% sure she was ready to this.

"Then that's what we'll do. Whatever it takes, we'll do, okay?" I assured her, she nodded.

Sorry for the abrupt ending, I only had like 30 minutes to write this whole chapter, so I apologize for it.
