Eight months had passed since Aarohi and Rishi had moved to Mumbai. Life had settled into a comfortable rhythm for the newlyweds, filled with the familiar banter, challenges of their work as doctors, and the quiet joy of building a life together.

But today was different. Aarohi stood in the bathroom of their apartment, staring at the pregnancy test in her hand. Her heart raced as the little plus sign appeared, confirming the truth she had been suspecting for a few days now. A rush of emotions flooded her—excitement, nervousness, joy, and a tinge of disbelief.

She blinked, her mind processing the news. She was going to be a mother.

A smile slowly spread across her face as she thought about how to tell Rishi. Knowing him, he would probably freak out for a moment before grinning like a fool.

She walked out into the living room, where Rishi sat on the couch, looking through some patient reports. Without a word, Aarohi stood in front of him, holding the pregnancy test behind her back, her eyes twinkling with excitement.

"What's with that look?" Rishi asked, raising an eyebrow.

Aarohi grinned, unable to contain her excitement any longer. "I have some news."

Rishi set his papers aside, intrigued. "Okay, now I'm curious. What is it?"

With a deep breath, Aarohi brought her hand forward, revealing the pregnancy test. Rishi stared at it for a moment, his eyes widening as the realization hit him.

"You...you're...?" he stammered, standing up.

Aarohi nodded, her eyes glistening with happy tears. "I'm pregnant, Rishi. We're going to be parents."

For a moment, Rishi just stood there, processing the news. Then, with a laugh of pure joy, he scooped her up in his arms, spinning her around. "We're going to be parents!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with excitement. "This is amazing, Aarohi!"

She laughed, feeling the warmth of his embrace as he held her close. "I know. I can't believe it either."

Rishi gently set her down, his hands resting on her shoulders as he looked into her eyes. "I'm going to be the best dad, Aarohi. I promise."

Aarohi smiled, leaning into his chest. "I know you will. And I'm going to be the best mom."

The news spread quickly. Aarohi and Rishi's families were over the moon with excitement. Soon, everyone gathered at the Goenka house to celebrate the wonderful news. The house was filled with laughter, teasing, and joy as the entire family came together for the first time in what felt like forever.

Manish, Kairav, Vansh, and the rest of the family were buzzing with happiness. Trisha and Shalini couldn't stop teasing Aarohi, while Vansh and Kairav stood protectively, already discussing baby names.

Even Akshara and Abhimanyu, who had come after hearing the news, shared the happiness. They had long put their differences aside with Aarohi, and today was about family.

As everyone gathered around the living room, Manish stood up, holding a glass of juice. "I think it's safe to say we have a lot to celebrate," he began, his voice warm. "Aarohi, Rishi—this is just the beginning of a beautiful new chapter in your lives, and I know you'll be incredible parents. We're all so proud of both of you."

There were cheers and claps from the family, with Aarohi feeling a rush of love and support from everyone in the room. She looked at Rishi, who gave her a knowing smile, his eyes twinkling with excitement.

Trisha nudged Aarohi from the side, whispering, "Get ready, Aaru. Your life is about to get a whole lot crazier."

Aarohi laughed, knowing Trisha was probably right. But for the first time in her life, she felt like she was exactly where she was supposed to be—surrounded by family, with Rishi by her side, and a future that was filled with endless possibilities.

As the evening drew to a close, Aarohi stood by the window, looking up at the stars. She absentmindedly touched the necklace Naira had given her in her dream. A sense of peace washed over her, knowing that her parents were watching over her, blessing her as she embarked on this new journey.

Rishi came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. "Penny for your thoughts?" he whispered, resting his chin on her shoulder.

Aarohi smiled softly, leaning back into him. "I was just thinking about how everything has come full circle. For the longest time, I didn't think I'd get to experience this—having a family, finding love, being happy."

"Well, here we are," Rishi said, kissing her cheek. "And I wouldn't have it any other way."

Aarohi turned to face him, her eyes shining with happiness. "Neither would I."

As the night settled around them, with the stars twinkling above and the sound of family laughter in the background, Aarohi knew that this was just the beginning of a new and beautiful adventure. One filled with love, laughter, challenges, and joy.

Together, she and Rishi were ready for whatever life had in store for them.
