I was breathing heavily and lungs burning, like I've hold my breath for a long time. My eyes shut open to see noting, everything was pitch black. My chest and abdomen hurts along with my head, the bussing sounds echoes thru my head as I can feel the my pulse throbbing in my legs and all the way out to my fingers.I let out a low groan and closes my eyes again, hoping it all might go away.
It feel like I have been thru hell and back, every inch of my body hurts along with a strange feeling. I can't remember where I am or what my name is.
I feel the heat of my breath reflecting back at my skin. I start to move my hands in a slowly panicking way as I feel a cold plastic surface surrounding me, trapping me inside. I move my hands up and down in a desperate try to find an exits. Just as I'm about to give up I feel a thing sticking out, almost like a zip. I drag it to revile a bright light hitting me, exposing me to the world outside the pitch black world I had woken up in.
The light burned in my eyes as I cover them with my hands, trying to make the pain go away. Slowly opening them again, the sight is blurry and everything's white. Almost like a hospital.
I unzip the rest of the bag without thinking of what it might haven been. My eyes travels around the room, searching for an exit. Just as I see the door my eyes widen by the big letters written all over it.
MORGUE.
I turn around, looking at the place I got from. It's a big metal tables with a big black bag on it.
A bodybag.
A wave of panic start washing up my spines as I take a step back, hitting the a desk. My breaths are short as I look around one more time in disbelief. I clench my first and swallow deep, trying to make sense of it all.
A file falls down from the desk and hit the floor, making me jump.
'It's a piece of paper for the love of God'
I tell myself and bend down, when I life it up a photo slip out of a young woman floating in the water with three bullet holes in her body.
I turn back at the desk and look further into the file with narrowed eyes. Her eyes are golden brown as her hair is long and wavy, forming perfectly around her face. It's looks like it's from the 40's and she looks happy. Looking up from the file my eyes hit the mirror hanging above the desk.
I gasp and tremble backward, dropping the file and hitting the bench. The eyes staring back at me in the mirror is the same eyes from the beautiful woman in the picture.
How? I ask myself, still afraid to look up at the mirror again. My breathing are short as the white room start to spin.
'I got to get out of here'
I stumble out of the morgue trying to regain my focus and breathing, still chocked over what I just discovered and entering a long hallway leading God knows where.
I looked at both side, trying to determine which way to go when two men comes walking towards me from the left. They're both wearing black clothes, looking identical. The only thing separating them is the color of their hair.
One is blonde and the other dark.
I drop my head, making my hair cover my face by instinct as I start walking in the same direction as them, only a few steps in front of them.
