Out in the desert, the ruins of what once belonged and once was destroyed by war and humans alike have been reclaimed by the sands, and within those ruins rained the sound of loud explosions and stomping of what some would assume to be giants that once clashed against each other.
A Zaku desert type lay prone within the sand as a spotter on the ground spoke into the microphone "...Mobile suits. Ark, they've stepped up patrols these last few weeks. Fire. We can't have them snooping around." The soldier said and within a few seconds the Zaku Desert Types fired at the GM striking two and causing an explosion "We're under attack we can't see them- Urgh!" The GM Quel was tackled into the sand damaging the visor as the GM pointed its beam rifle the arm was immediately ripped to shreds by the Zaku's Machine Gun as it closed in the GM reached for its beam saber but was stomped on the chest before unloading the rest of the rounds through killing the last GM pilot "Target down. Nyx this is the seventh patrol so far it looks like they're trying to get a feel of where our squadrons are. Also reporting that the raptures within the area have been decimated." Grace said as she reloaded the machine gun before pulling away
"Understood. I'll send some transports to collect the scraps for further salvaging." Nyx said as she stood within the urban ruins with Ish "Yikes there's a lot of them passing over the head" Dove said as she leaned on her Gouf "No kidding but then again we did kick up the hornet's nest it makes me think if it was worth it." Daschund looked towards the sky "Well we got our boss back and a few experimental mobile suits I heard our researchers are trying to have a crack at what makes these things tick." Ish yawned bored
Nyx stared at the skies as GMs engaged the raptures on the ground with the assistance of mass-produced Nikke's "Nothing but patrols I thought they would've sent something special by now but it seems they have butt fuck nothing!" Ish complained earning a huff from Dove "Their efforts are most likely focused on rebuilding." Dove said locked in staring into her handheld console "Upping patrols is stupid though. They're just sending pilots to die... sickens me to my core." Ish gritted her teeth as her fists balled "Either way we'll have to shoot them down or it'll jeopardize our operations and eventually our base even with Eden's cloaking systems."
As Nyx stood on the lookout remaining silent while listening to her squad mates banter she noticed a squadron of Mk-II gundams in the sky using a pair of binoculars she zoomed in noticing the unique unicorn decal on the MK-II Gundams "Look alive it seems that they've sent out their aces." Nyx said causing the group to step back into their mobile suits "Tch. That isn't good I heard a large amount of pilots were gunned down with ease against those guys." Ish said
"We're falling back. Midnight Fenrirs can track their intended trajectory" Nyx said as she stepped out of cover carefully "Midnight Fenrir? I thought they were on the Cascadian operation." Daschund said carefully following behind "They were pulled out on Boss's orders to help monitor the active movement of Ark patrols I don't doubt that they're already on it." Dove said as she hovered along not before long GM pilots fighting the Raptures in the city along with Nikkes became a problem for Galm Squadron "Damn I don't like this. Do we shoot?" Daschund asked Nyx "No. remain in cover we can't afford exposing ourselves." Nyx said but still had her machine gun aimed at the pilots
"...What are you idiots waiting around for?" A taunting voice buzzed into their channel as a cannon shot landed on the street killing the Nikkes and GM pilots mercilessly "H-Hey what-!" A GM pilot was struck in the back detonating his thruster pack "Rabbit Squadron..." Nyx grits her teeth "Relax Nyx we're just helping clear the path y'know?" Rabbit squadron leader said "You couldn't just have aimed for the mobile suits?" Nyx asked causing her to laugh "Please Nyx~ Save the jokes for later~" Myo laughed before calming herself down "It's war what'd you expect? We may be Nikke's but who's to say what goes in war? Pixy? He can give me and my squadron orders whenever he wants but I'll do what I want on the battlefield." Myo said as she stood on top of a building a good distance away before cutting communications "Damn mutts always the righteous types." Myo stepped out of Zaku the rabbit headband was a dead giveaway
