AUTHOR'S POV

"He... he is my h-husband, Emma," she stammered, her voice barely audible, thick with emotion.

"I remember him!"Emma's eyes widened, her own heart lurching at Yn's revelation. She quickly turned her attention to the screen, and her gaze softened in recognition.

"Yn... are you sure? Is it really him?"Yn nodded, her mind spinning, overwhelmed by the flood of memories and emotions.

"I... I remember his face. His name... I remember everything."

"He is my husband!"

"Kim Namsan " she breathed heavily after saying everything in one go.

"But why... why isn't he here? Why didn't he come for me?"Her voice cracked with pain and confusion.

The relief of remembering him was immediately swallowed by the ache of his absence. If she could remember him now,

Why had he never come looking for her?

Why had she been left alone, with no answers, no closure? Her thoughts swirled in a storm of questions, guilt, and grief. Was he waiting for her somewhere?

Did he think she was gone? Had he moved on?Yn clenched her hands into fists, fighting back a sob as Emma pulled her into a comforting hug.

"We'll figure it out, Yn," Emma whispered softly. "We'll get to the bottom of this. You're not alone."But Yn's heart was already breaking all over again.

The face she had longed to remember was no longer a blur, but the reality of her husband's absence was more painful than she could bear.

She wanted answers, but more than anything, she wanted him.

"But are you sure he is the man you got married to?" Emma asked again to confirm yn's words.

Yn's voice grew stronger as she sat up, wiping away the tears with trembling hands.

"Emma, I'm 100 percent sure. He's my husband. I remember now. I know it." The conviction in her voice was undeniable.

Her once-shattered memories were now piecing themselves together, and the blurry fragments of her past were sharpening with every passing second.

Emma watched her closely, seeing how Yn's expression shifted from confusion to determination. "Do you remember anything else?" Emma asked gently, her heart swelling with both hope and concern for her friend.

Yn nodded vigorously, her mind suddenly flashing with an image-a house. Their house. She could picture the front door, the garden outside, the small details that had once seemed so distant.

"I remember our home in Seoul," she whispered, her eyes wide with realization. "I can even remember the address. It's all coming back to me."

Emma's brows furrowed, then she gave a soft smile, placing a reassuring hand on Yn's arm.

"Then we'll go tomorrow. We'll find your house, and we'll get the answers you need." Emma's words were kind, but Yn could sense the quiet resolve behind them. She knew Emma would help her no matter what.

As the evening wore on, Yn's thoughts raced, her mind buzzing with memories that seemed to be flooding back all at once.

She recalled the quiet mornings they spent together, her husband's gentle voice as he spoke to her, the way his eyes lit up when he laughed.
