Bonding with Jin

Early in the morning, Chae Geun is the first one to wake up while the others are still asleep. She looked at the watch which was 7:00 a.m. and went to make some breakfast until she heard the door knock.

She went open, revealing it was Jin.

"Jin? What are you doing here?" Chae Geun asked softly while letting him get in with the grocery stuff he carried. "And what's with the bag?"

"Oh, this? Let's just say Bang PD-Nim told me to cook for you children breakfast but, seems like you're the first one to wake up so, do you want to help me to cook some breakfast?" Jin asked. Chae Geun nodded obediently with Jin smiling as he went toward the kitchen while carrying the bags.

Later on, he was cooking the food with a pot while Chae Geun was cutting some vegetables and also the froze food. This had made Jin curious and decided to ask, "At your country, do you always cut the frozen food and cook?"

"Yes. Normally we cut the sausage and start to cook with egg by mixing them," Chae Geun explain. "Really? Who taught you that?"

"Well, I taught myself. I saw my Mom and Dad do that so, I decided to learn."

Jin can only nodded but, feeling warm hearing her to learn by herself when he ask again, "So, when did you learn how to cook?"

"Well, I tried to cook ever since I was 7 then, when I was 9, my Dad taught me how to cook so, it wouldn't be hard for me to cook and also, it's lot easy for me to cook for my family whenever my Mom were not at home," Chae Geun explain. "How about your siblings? Do they help?"

This made Chae Geun stop for a while and replied, "Sometimes."

"How many siblings do you have?"

"Four. I'm the third one," Chae Geun answer while she continue to cut the vegetable as she added again, "One older brother, one elder sister then one younger brother."

"Your older brother doesn't help you?" Jin ask which Chae Geun stop cutting while her eyes stare down and shake her head slowly, "No. He's austism."

Jin was shock hearing that and start to feel guilty for asking that question. "I'm sorry, I didn't know."

"It's fine. It's just, well, it's complicated for me to say. I don't know how it feels like to have a normal brother," Chae Geun said sadly. Jin stare at her in sympathic but, she doesn't even show that she was sad. He start to think the way to make her not feeling sad when he got an idea.

"Chae Geun-ahh."

"Hm?"

"Do you want to learn how to make egg roll?" When Jin asked that, Chae Geun's eyes start to lit up and nodded excited. Jin chuckle and start to show her how to make. "Okay, all you have to do is pour little bit more egg in this pan. And then, you do like this," Jin move the cooking egg a little bit until the other yolk egg start to fried.

Chae Geun stare in astonishment. "And that's how you do it. Do you want to try?" Jin look at her as the little girl nodded. Chae Geun went to try to cook while trying to flip the egg and pout another one again which makes Jin proud.

"See? You're getting better."

"Thanks, Jin," Chae Geun smiled when Jin gasps dramaticly. "You're not calling me Oppa?"

"Uh, no."

"Why?"

"Because it sound weird," Chae Geun said in honest, leaving Jin in stunned at her answer. "Okay, point made. But, you should at least try to call me Oppa or maybe Jin oppa," Jin stated while Chae Geun gawk at him and sigh in defeat.

"A-ra-seo, O-Oppa," Chae Geun stammered while pouting until, Jin hugged her out of nowhere while cooing, "You're so cute that I wanted to adopt you." That's where his eyes went wide and lift Chae Geun up, much to the girl's shock and bewildered. "From now on, I am adopting you as my daughter!," he declare, leaving Chae Geun sweat-dropped. "Uh, okay."

"Hyung, what is she? A cat?"

"Aish, you!" Jin glare at Min Gyu who woke up with a poker face. "Try not to sneak up like that!" Jin scolded which Min Gyu accidentally talk back at him, "And you not lift her up--wait, Hyung, sorry!!!" Min Gyu start to ran away from Jin who was chasing him with a spatula in his hand while Chae Geun stare in bewildered until the others came with a half-sleep expression.

"Why is Jin Hyung chasing Min Gyu?" Joon Ah asked in confusion. "Talk back," Chae Geun answer while rolling the egg which So Joo notice. "Oooh, you're making food?"

"Yup."

"Yes, finally."

"Wait, what about Min Gyu?" Seol Ong pointed at where Min Gyu still been chase by Jin.

"Let him be. It's his fault for talking back at Jin Oppa," Chae Geun shrugged as she serve the food while the others look at her in surprise hearing her call Jin "Oppa" but decided to ignore it and start to eat while in the background, Min Gyu cried for help as Jin is still chasing him with the spatula in his hand.
