Darkness...again.

Tadashi could only feel himself moving as he was knocked out for the second time. It sounded like rushing water all around him, he could only wonder where they were now or where they were going. After a few more sounds of metal and rusty metal doors opening, he felt himself on the cold hard ground again.

"There's a witness out there now, thanks to you. I warned you the first time, Hamada, don't expect me to stand by if I see him on sight."

Callaghans voice filled his ears before he heard the metal doors open and close again. He was met with total silence, and finally decided to force himself awake now with Callaghan gone. He took a good look around to try and figure out where they were, but the place was sealed pretty good without any windows. Nothing but a bunch of damaged beams and a weird crescent thing with a bird on it.

"Great." He mutters as he starts to walk around. He notices light above him and makes his way up the stairs. He reaches a security system, playing old video footage on each screen. He got a closer look, surprised to see Alastor Krei performing a project in that very room.

'Silent Sparrow? Portal transportation?'

Even Tadashi himself didn't think anyone would attempt to accomplish what was science fiction. He peered at what was on the other screens, coming to a halt when he saw Callaghan hugging a woman. 'Why is he here?' He wondered, observing the young woman. On another screen, that same woman was sent into the machine, and on another, Callaghan was being held back from attacking Krei. Tadashi was trying to fit all the pieces together, looking back at the piece of machinery in the room. "So that's what that is."

He only had a vague idea of what could've happened. That woman was someone Callaghan knew before the machine broke down, leaving her stuck inside somewhere. A loved one, maybe? He just knew this had to pertain to why Callaghan was doing any of this, but couldn't pinpoint the root. He heard the doors open again, as he hurries away from the footage and back to his original spot once Callaghan entered. He watched the bots drag in another piece of that machine, dripping water everywhere, and places it by the other piece. Callaghan approaches him and hands him blueprints, or at least what used to be, these ones were torn and stained, you could hardly read them.

"What are these for?" Tadashi asked with slight unease.

"For this machine. I need you to redraw them, quickly." Callaghan hands them off.

"But, you can't even read these-

"I know you can, boy. If you can draw out blueprints in a day from a pixelated image, you're capable of doing this. Now go." He demands.

Tadashi decides to keep quiet and goes elsewhere with the blueprints, recalling the time for Callaghan's class, he needed to draw out blueprints of a machine shown in a photograph, which was pretty much pixelated beyond sight for everyone, but he completed it without trouble. He couldn't help but roll his eyes at the memory.

"Why do you even remember that?" He mutters to himself.

He quickly got to work on the blueprints, and within probably the next few hours, rolled the new blueprints up and handed them to his ex-professor. In exchange, he handed him some kind of black jumpsuit and a kitsune mask, probably smuggled from a corner store downtown or something.

"What's this for?" Tadashi asks, taking the items.

"Don't worry about it. Put it on and don't take it off from now on. You'll need to hide your face." Callaghan spoke behind his mask.

"But...why-

"Just do it." He growls.

Tadashi was weary of what was to come with this as he was slipping on the new clothing. He had found various small blades were wrapped within the jumpsuit, as well as 2 larger katanas. He didn't bother to question where he got all of this from, and put all the blades in their designated pocket once fully dressed. He did a few practice shots with the blades, although knowing it wasn't for good, he couldn't help but feel a little proud of himself for mastering this as quickly as he did. Those martial art lessons he took as a kid were finally being put to use, probably in the worst way possible.

Suddenly, he heard ruckus in the main room, and quickly ties the mask on before running out there. From hiding, he spots Callaghan going against 6 very colorful figures. Were they superheroes? Since when did San Fransokyo have superheroes? One was fast, one had some sort of chem balls, one had laser blades, there was a dragon thingy, and two flew! There was something way too familiar about this.

"Get his mask!"

He recognized that voice from anywhere. No, it wasn't possible, right? He was pleading it wouldn't be true, but now he sees it. A small figure on the back of a really big figure...his robot's figure.

'Hiro....what the actual hell do you think you're doing!?'

He turned to meet Callaghan's face looking towards him through his mask, and points to the others at the ground. Tadashi knew deep down what he was asking, and he wanted to refuse so bad, but his demeanor was saying 'do it or else'. Hiro was right in front of him, he'll harm him right now if he gave him the reason to. He took a shaky breath, without thinking it through, dropped down with blades in hand and went for the first person he saw. His blades collide with green laser ones.

"Woah! Who the heck are you!?"

'Is this...Wasabi??' Tadashi thought as he sent strike after strike. 'Since when does he fight?' Tadashi knew his friend well, there'd be no way Wasabi would gain the guts to actually fight anyone like this, he was so gentle and timid. But this, Tadashi was almost proud of him, despite the circumstances. He took him down with a roundhouse kick, but turned around hearing grunts, watching Callaghan go down with Hiro on top. Wasabi used the diversion to kick him to the ground and toss him down a flight of stairs. "Jeez, I forget how strong he is..." He mutters as he recollects himself. He's hearing Hiro and Callaghans voice nearby, and peeks around the corner to see Callaghan's mask in Hiro's hand.

'Oh no...'
