The ancient chamber flickered with the glow of the shimmering sphere, casting long shadows across the stone walls. Kiryuu’s fingers raced across the holographic interface, his eyes glued to the streams of data flowing from the magical device. His heart pounded in his chest as images from the distant past began to unfold before him—glimpses of an ancient civilization that had once thrived on Azure Planet, a society that had seamlessly fused magic with technology.

And in the midst of it all, he saw her.

A woman with golden hair and sharp blue eyes, standing in the center of a grand city, surrounded by machines that hummed with power. She held a pocket watch in her hand, the gears inside spinning with an energy that felt both magical and technological at the same time. There was something eerily familiar about her.

Kiryuu’s breath caught in his throat as recognition dawned. Amelia Watson. The same Amelia Watson he had watched countless times as a Hololive VTuber back on Blue Star. But how...? She was just a regular person, wasn’t she? A virtual entertainer who played detective-themed games, streamed, and joked around. Yet here she was, at the heart of an ancient civilization, wielding incredible power.

"That’s... impossible," Kiryuu muttered under his breath.

Moona, still focusing on stabilizing the energy field, glanced over at him, sensing the shift in his focus. "What is it? Did you find something?"

Kiryuu hesitated for a moment, his mind struggling to reconcile what he was seeing with what he knew. On Blue Star, Hololive had been a well-known VTuber agency—a group of virtual entertainers, each with their own unique persona and avatar. Kiryuu had followed them closely, especially the Indonesian branch, HoloID, which included Moona Hoshinova, the inspiration behind the AI he had created. They had all been ordinary humans, just like him, living on Blue Star and using advanced virtual reality technology to perform as VTubers.

But this... This was something entirely different.

"I think..." Kiryuu began, his voice trailing off as he accessed more of the data. "I think I just saw Amelia Watson. From Hololive. But not as her virtual persona—this was real. She was here, on Azure Planet, thousands of years ago."

Moona’s eyes widened in surprise. "Amelia Watson? The VTuber from HoloEN?"

Kiryuu nodded, his fingers moving rapidly across the interface as he pulled up more images. "Yes. But it’s more than that. I’m seeing records of other Hololive members too—names and faces that I recognize from their avatars. They’re all here. Somehow, they’ve been reincarnated or summoned to this world, and they gained their powers from their VTuber personas."

Moona’s eyes flashed with recognition. "That explains it. The real Moona Hoshinova—the one who was a part of the original Hololive generation—might have been one of them. That’s why I, as an AI, have some of her knowledge encoded into my systems. The power that her avatar held, the essence of her persona... It’s connected to what she became in this world."

Kiryuu’s mind raced as the pieces started to fall into place. Hololive wasn’t just a VTuber agency on Blue Star. The virtual personas that each member had adopted—whether it was Amelia Watson’s time-traveling detective theme, Moona Hoshinova’s moon goddess persona, or Ouro Kronii’s role as the Warden of Time—had somehow manifested as real powers when they were reincarnated or summoned to different worlds, including Azure Planet.

"That explains why Amelia was at the center of the ancient civilization," Kiryuu said, his voice filled with awe. "Her avatar’s theme was time travel, and she used that power to help build the magic-tech network that spanned this entire planet. But it also explains why she disappeared... and why the civilization collapsed."

Moona’s expression darkened. "She must have used her time-traveling abilities recklessly, distorting the flow of time until reality itself began to unravel. If she was trapped in some kind of dimensional rift—like a Timeless Zone—then it would explain why we haven’t seen any trace of her since."

Kiryuu nodded, his mind spinning with the implications of what they had just uncovered. Hololive members weren’t just virtual entertainers anymore—they were key figures in the history of multiple worlds, their avatars’ powers manifesting in real ways that had shaped the fate of entire civilizations.

"But why didn’t anyone on Blue Star know about this?" Kiryuu wondered aloud. "They lived normal lives as VTubers, right? They were just regular people."

Moona’s eyes softened as she thought. "Maybe their powers only manifested after they were reincarnated or summoned. On Blue Star, they were just ordinary humans, but their virtual personas—the avatars they embodied—contained a power that only revealed itself when they entered these new worlds. Once they left Blue Star, they became something more."

Kiryuu processed her words, piecing everything together. "So, Amelia, Moona, and the others... they weren’t just entertainers. They were destined to become these powerful beings in other worlds."

Moona nodded. "And now, we’re seeing the consequences of those powers. The rise and fall of the ancient civilization might have been a direct result of the Hololive members trying to wield powers they didn’t fully understand."

Kiryuu’s heart sank as he realized the weight of the situation. The ancient device they had discovered was only a small piece of a much larger puzzle, and the collapse of the civilization on Azure Planet had been tied to the very powers that Hololive members had brought with them from Blue Star. Time, space, and magic had been bent to their will, but in the end, it had all spiraled out of control.

"Amelia Watson was trying to fix it," Kiryuu said quietly. "But she failed. And now she’s trapped in the Timeless Zone, along with anyone else who was caught in the fallout."

Moona’s expression softened. "If what we’ve seen is true, then the real Moona Hoshinova might have been caught in that rift as well. Maybe that’s why she disappeared. The magic-tech network they built—whatever it was—collapsed, and they were all pulled into it."

Kiryuu clenched his fists. "Then we need to figure out how to fix it. If there’s even a chance that we can find the real Moona, or free Amelia and the others, we need to take it."

Moona placed a hand on his shoulder, her eyes filled with determination. "We will. But first, we need to understand more about how the ancient civilization functioned. If we can find more clues about their network, we might be able to recreate it—or at least unlock the secrets they left behind."

Kiryuu nodded, his resolve hardening. "Then let’s finish what they started. We’ll pick up where the Hololive members left off and discover the truth behind their powers, the ancient civilization, and the collapse of this world."

With renewed determination, Kiryuu turned back to the holographic map projected from the ancient device. The map showed several more locations scattered across Azure Planet—each one likely containing more remnants of the magic-tech network that had once connected the entire planet.

"We’ll start by visiting the next site on the map," Kiryuu said. "If there are more devices like this one, we’ll be able to gather enough data to piece everything together."

Moona nodded, her eyes filled with excitement. "And maybe, just maybe, we’ll find a way to contact the others. If Amelia is still out there—trapped in the Timeless Zone—then we need to find a way to reach her."

Kiryuu smiled, his heart pounding with anticipation. "Let’s do it. We’ll uncover the truth behind the Hololive members’ reincarnations, and we’ll fix what they couldn’t."

As they left the ancient chamber and stepped back into the cold, windswept mountains, Kiryuu couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of excitement. The mystery of the ancient civilization, the reincarnation of the Hololive members, the collapse of the magic-tech network—it was all coming together. And with Moona by his side, he knew they were on the brink of something monumental.
