Monima was thinking about the Master of Magic like Star had earlier, but was too preoccupied with helping with Bridget and Gristle's wedding to focus on it much.
Until Star's other close cousin showed up.
"Hey Moni!" She called, a mermaid wearing a pretty futuristic outfit called as she slid next to Monima on the bench she was on in the middle of Troll town.
"Gia? What're you doing here?" Monima asked, slightly confused.
"Alec got permission for me to help you out, I told him you'd be fine, but he sees you as a big-big sister, so..." It was true while Alec had Adora, he was still close with the dragon, mainly because she had no siblings herself.
"Typical of the little buzzkill, but I have to be honest, I'm worried. What if Velvet is a dead end? Then..."
"Star's gonna confirm tomorrow, we'll know by the wedding whether we need to search more or get Brozone. Their brother doesn't deserve death or Ariana's fate."
At that point, Gia struck as nerve as Monima remembered the 14 year old Magic Folk before she fell into deep sleep.
Even 8 months later, she hasn't woken up.
And it was the diamond's fault.
