As we all shared a lovely dinner, which might I say was delicious, we brought out a game of monopoly. When the rolls had finally cooled down, I had brought them out and we were all eating them as we played an intense match.
"HA! You landed on my property, so you owe me 130 pounds, pay up." I say to max, holding out my hand as I waited for him to hand him my money. Giving me a nasty look, he placed the money in my hand and laid back in his chair as he annoyingly rolled his eyes.
Next went Lando who happened to land on Lina's property and refused to pay since he would go bankrupt if he did.
"Lando, I don't care how much money you have, get a loan and pay me five hundred pounds!" she exclaims.
"No! Why is it so bloody high?!" he yells.
"Because I have houses on the property so it's worth more money, now stop being a cheater and give me the money." she yells back, standing up from her chair and putting her hand out as she waited for him to pay her.
"Nah, I'm done here." he said, throwing his stuff on the table, grabbing a roll, and walking to his room.
The three of us left spend a few minutes laughing before we begin to clean everything up and get ready for bed.
When everything is cleaned up and stored for leftovers, I grab two cups of water and make my way to Lando's room, hoping to join him for the rest of the night.
I use my elbow to knock on the door and wait for him to open up for me. Once he opens the door, I quickly walk past him to leave the two cups on his nightstand. When I turn around to face him, he brings me into a hug, laying his head on top of mine.
"You know, I've never been the tallest, especially with girls in England, but you are incredibly short." he laughs, making fun of my 158 cm.
"Whatever, it's more embarrassing being a short guy than a short girl." I say, pulling away as I head back to his door.
"Where do you think you're going?" he asks, grabbing my arm, not letting me leave.
"I have to go change and get ready for bed Lan and get into the bed given to me." I say, slightly laughing.
"I thought we agreed that you were staying here." he said confused.
"You didn't make that clear." I tell him.
"Isabelle Marino, will you please stay the night with me?" he asks, bringing his hands to my hips as I wrap mine around his neck. We stay looking at each other for a few moments, his eyes falling to my lips. "I really want to kiss you right now."
